Hours must be wrong. 11:10am on a Saturday and they were closed. Waited at the window for 5 minutes drove around and noticed there was employees working so looped back around and got in line for another couple minutes and finally drove off. My son loves the chicken fry’s and wish I could have got them for him.

Place is closed many times during advertised business hours. Employees could care less about doing their job. If you do get service it is horribly slow and shoddy.

Placed a mobile order, made the mistake without checking before leaving. Got home to see the meat was uncooked, no ketchup, and I asked for extra , overall tasted old. If you wouldn’t eat it that way , why serve it?

Place order for 4 croissants, got to the window and confirmed 2 bacon, 1 ham, and 1 sausage. My total was 12 and some change and I was asked to pull to the side. Opened bag and had 3 sandwiches so I walked inside and to the counter and I politely said I am missing the sausage croissant. The lady said oh you only ordered 3 and I said no I ordered 4, I repeated again the employee proceeded to tell me I was charged for 3 and I said how is that it’s 2 for $5 and I paid 12 something 2 for 5 and another 2 for 5 equals $10 plus tax and she said oh you got tell me when it’s 2 for 5 I don’t work the morning shift. She was speaking as if she was still in 6th grade with an attitude and not to mention TGIS IS YOUR PROMOTION YOU (BURGER KING) offers and has been offering for years. Oh but wait the MOD said that I needed to say 2 for 5 cause now she is going to be short her real cause she charged me 4 something for the rest be croissant!! #1 your promotion, I order the correct amount and it’s not my responsibility to do your job. When I said I prefer 4 she said well I can’t here you back here NO KIDDING I WAS IN DRIVE THRU!!!! I said how about next time I bring my money come behind the counter ring my own food up, make my own food and let the stupid get paid! I have worked retail, bank teller, pharmacy tech etc. all customer service job and no matter my pay, how much I didn’t like my job or whatever may have been going on in my life I 100% provide the best customer service and I promise out of all my customers in different job setting I would have never act so just gross. The transaction, sale, whatever is never final and satisfactory service is doable but always strive for 100%

Horrible experience, I will not return to this location(South MacArthur Dr Alex. La). Awful customer service, one lady in particular. I wish I knew her name, but didn't see a name badge, working the drive thru today. She had no respect, no patience, no training how to work with the public, very rude. I never take the time to write reviews, but today was the worse experience I had there. I tried calling to speak to a manager, but never could get anyone on the phone..

Just ordered my food no large cups, pisspoor service and they look at u like u shouldn't even b at the restaurant eating and I can say I will never ever ever eat here again. Asked for a receipt and they said their receipt machine is down
Employees were outside smoking when I pulled up. Was told to order at window. Lady was snappy. Took 15 minutes to get two hm snack wraps. Young guy that brought me my food was very apologetic .

I had a simple order…double meat whopper jr with cheese and a medium fry. I have pictures of the crap they gave me! Unreal you let them serve this to someone! I tried calling but of course no answer. I have called 8 times and no answer! How do I get a refund? I’m back at work and can’t leave again.

I specifically asked for fresh hash browns I didn't mind waiting and when I got home to get my hash browns on all I had was crumbs not a single hole hash brown but you know some of us ain't got the gas to go back up there and complain especially when they won't answer their phone and you have to call another location who tried to fix it
