This has to be the most ghetto Burger King I have ever been to. Service is horrible and the Employees need a serious attitude adjustment. Wasn’t hardly any people in the restaurant and they took forever to get my order. Will definitely not be back.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!! First of all, this location is SEVERELY understaffed and it seems like the workers they DO have are hardly even there mentally most of the time. There’s no way the workers aren’t completely high. I’ve been here a few times recently since it’s walking distance from my house (like an hour, I don’t like driving though) and it’s been terrible every time. I went there today and order an Original Chicken Sandwich and an 8 piece Fiery Buffalo Chicken Nugget and they burned it. Then, they refused to take it back and the whole restaurant (I use the term restaurant lightly) was FILLED with smoke. After taking a bite of my BURNT FOOD, I ordered a slice of their Hershey Sundae Pie because SURELY they couldn’t have messed that up, I mean it’s literally pre-made, all they have to do is freeze it. WRONG!! It was completely melted and I ate it right after they gave it to me. Finally, I just decided to get a drink which was my mistake because of the experience so far but lord, when I tell you all of their drinks were terrible. The coke had 0 carbonation and was just straight syrup. The Dr. Pepper was bitter. The sprite had 0 syrup and tasted like straight sparkling water. Do NOT order from here. The MacArthur drive Burger King is always SO MUCH BETTER.

I will NOT be back at this Burger King!! The guy in the kitchen was making one of those wraps they sell, and had NO gloves on, got sauce on his finger and proceeds to LICK HIS FINGER!!! Then continues making the food again!!! ???? I got my order and when I left, I threw it away ..,... Will NOT be back!!

when i presented the coupon for 2 whop jr. the cashier Mary B. said to me ' did you take this coupon from here? in reference to some gathered behind a register. ( accusing me of stealing a coupon) she also refused to give me my receipt saying thar the printer was not working. ( probably thinking it could lead to a complaint)when i asked for a refund she refused saying she was buisy and that i had taken a french fry out of the bag. jackson sr location 71303

This was the absolute worst burger I have ever eaten in my life. Actually it is the worst food I've ever eaten. It's as if it was laying on the street for a couple days or freezer burn for months and months and then cooked to the point where it was like a piece of leather. It had no meat taste at all. I actually threw it away and the second one I will show you a picture. The meat is gray and the edges are like hardened. I haven't had Burger King in a couple years. In fact, I haven't had any fast food in a couple of years and I really wanted to try that flame broiled taste once again and that's why I ordered from Burger King. I am telling you it is absolutely horrible. It is disgusting. I can't explain it enough to you. It is so so bad.
