No one in the drive through I don’t even see anyone in the lobby and we have been waiting 10+ minutes for our food. I don’t recommend anyone coming here unless you are ready to wait a long time for your food. This place needs better management; this is the longest I have EVER had to wait for fast food; very disappointing .

Eating here was one of the worst experiences I've had in a very long time. First of all: this is a franchise. Which means that an individual bought into the Captain D's brand name. With that said, corporate Captain D's must NEVER come around and inspect or sample the food. I purchased 2 of the sampler platters that had fried chicken, shrimp and fish with fries, fried okra and hushpuppies. The hushpuppies were the only edible item on the plate. This is Louisiana, people! We fry EVERYTHING! This was an utter waste of food! It tasted like the oil they used was very old and the consistency of the fish was like nothing I have ever experienced. The building is old and unkempt and the equipment that I could see was in disrepair. The condiment dispenser wouldn't work till an employee showed me how to hold the top of the container in a way that would allow it to do so. I am in the foodservice equipment repair business and have seen this type of place before. I will never patronize this location again even if the food was free and would never recommend it to anyone! $37.00 worth of food went into the garbage can!
Usually when we go here, they have you waiting sooooo long. This time we ordered inside. The young man was in the back and as soon as he saw me, he came up to take my order and ring me up. He went to the back and made it. I didn’t even wait 10 mins. The food was good too! It was quiet inside but not surprising for a Sunday! Will definitely be back!

Just ridiculous, it's a shame people have to wait over 30 to 45 minutes for online order that been put in hours before. The associates are not very nice or professional. Just rude. You asked him one question they were fly. Love you gonna have to wait. I'm only one person it's like you can't ask questions at this location sucks

The food cost 15.93 and got one piece of fish and a drink.never gave me a reciept,had to go back to them to get it right. Manager, did make it right tho, just not good

I made an order online picked it up when I got to the hotel it was short one item when I called they told me you could come and get it which quite a distance to go back when I went back the next day they gave me the item didn't offer any courtesy additional items for my trouble even when I ordered extra items I didn't offer to provide any sort of
