Great food, but this is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen… consistently.
For some reason, the Mobile Thru line is *always* slower than the line where you pull up and order, which makes no sense. It can often take 10+ minutes to get through the drive thru. I’ve given up on going through in the morning before work because it will randomly make me late. At least the people are generally nice!

I have always enjoyed eating Chic fil A, however, when visiting this location, there is one thing I didn't like, AT ALL! I placed a mobile order thinking I would be able to go and grab quickly. We waited 45 minutes in line! Then when I got my order, I checked it and discovered they forgot my fries. They gave me the fries with no problem, but it was apparent that this location was not ready for the volume of customers that showed up that day. This is the only reason I could not give five out of five stars on service. They should go back to the drawing board and rethink how to deal with large volumes of customers for all sections (indoor, drive-thru, and mobile orders). When and if they figure that out and I am in town, I will visit again.

Once upon a time the good Lords chicken place single-handedly caused me to loose my Jesus a few too many times with their 45 minute drive thrus. Until finally they decided to close down and go all in on a remodel and expanded the drive thru. Thank you, Jesus!! I’ve been quite a few times since the expansion and all’s been well. Now, I’m not here to judge the Lords chicken. You know what you like and what you’re going to get and if you don’t, you’ll wing it. As far as the service goes… is it as good as it used to be? No, but neither is the world. Is it as bad as it was? No, thank you God! Is it really their pleasure to serve me? I’m not convinced. Other than that it’s chicken, the Lords chicken and you can never really go wrong with chicken.
Vegetarian options: Not really!
Parking: It’s slim pickings but better than before!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have a play area!

WORST "fast food" experience EVER. I was asked to pull forward at the drive through where I WAITED to be served my $26 salad and strips meal for 20 MINUTES. At the end of my wait I was served cold fries, flat coke and a melted milk shake. The drive through attendant graciously offered to make it over if I wanted to wait - BRILLIANT SERVICE RECOVERY. NOT How about this: I'll be willing to stop at this restaurant for food again someday, but they're going to WAIT A VERY, VERY, VERY LONG TIME

Ordered lunch and ate inside. The cashier talked so low I couldn’t hear her. I had to ask her to speak up at least 4 times and I don’t have a hearing problem. Very frustrating. Food came fast and order was correct.
Okay service for a normal place, but easily the worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to consistently. It takes forever to get food, and I've never once heard them say, "My pleasure."... If that alone doesn't say enough, my soggy hashbrowns, horrible ice coffee, and the torn tortilla on my poorly thrown together breakfast burrito should. You'll get the bare minimum, but chick fil a food still smacks regardless

Unbelievably unorganized. I can't understand why they don't go to any other cfa and get training. If I go to any other cfa... and there are 30 cars it takes 5 minutes. But here 6 cars 15 minutes

Don't really care for the updated renovation on the interior of the restaurant. It's very hard to walk to the restroom because they have a big wall in the way. You literally have to be on top of someone's table just to get by if someone else is coming down the aisle. And they went up too much on the prices. Won't be eating there anytime
Parking: They are more concerned with the renovation about getting cars through the drive-thru then the actual customers that come inside. There's maybe 10 parking spots if that
Kid-friendliness: They do have a play area inside but there's only three tables in there with it. I personally don't want my child playing in a room where I can't see them
