Fantastic experience. Placed a pickup order at 6:58pm unknowingly the store closed at 7. When I realized, I called to see if it would be cancelled. Dustin answered and said don’t worry about it, we’ll make it fresh for you. Not only was my order brought out hot and quick to my car after the restaurant was technically closed, he even threw in an extra 8 count nugget! Right on brand for CFA. Service like this is a a breath of fresh air - especially for the CENLA area. Thanks Dustin!

I never leave reviews but my experience made me want to run to google! The food was incredible, they freshly dropped the fries, grilled my nuggets right after I ordered and prepared everything as fast as fresh food can be prepared. The people working the registers were so friendly and detail oriented, not to mention the management staffs attention to their customers. I met a woman Veronica who went above and beyond and talked to me as though she’s known me for years. The kindness and generosity shown by her and the rest of the staff makes me feel like the hour drive to a chick fil a will always be worth it

Paid for a gluten free bun. Was not given one and had to go back. Didn't want to give me one. Drink order was wrong.
Just wanted get a Dr Pepper and some fries, but the machine was broken. Told the lady at the register and she immediately offered me a new drink. When I received my order from the manager, I told her what happened and she offered to get me a new Dr Pepper since they just fixed the machine. She upgraded me to a large (ordered a medium) and offered me all the sauce I could dream of. Looking forward to coming back to this location!

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? The food is always tasty and hot. The service is fast and friendly. They never forget to put napkins and requested condiments in your bag. One of my top 3 fast food establishments.
