Fantastic experience. Placed a pickup order at 6:58pm unknowingly the store closed at 7. When I realized, I called to see if it would be cancelled. Dustin answered and said don’t worry about it, we’ll make it fresh for you. Not only was my order brought out hot and quick to my car after the restaurant was technically closed, he even threw in an extra 8 count nugget! Right on brand for CFA. I never leave reviews but my experience made me want to run to google! The food was incredible, they freshly dropped the fries, grilled my nuggets right after I ordered and prepared everything as fast as fresh food can be prepared. The people working the registers were so friendly and detail oriented, not to mention the management staffs attention to their customers. Just wanted get a Dr Pepper and some fries, but the machine was broken. Told the lady at the register and she immediately offered me a new drink. When I received my order from the manager, I told her what happened and she offered to get me a new Dr Pepper since they just fixed the machine. She upgraded me to a large (ordered a medium) and offered me all the sauce I could dream of. Looking forward to coming back to this location!
