I just wanted to shout out our waitress and waiter, Reagan and Ryan! They were amazing! They were both on top of everything and anticipated all of our needs especially those of my kids. 10/10 would definitely go back if that service is the usual. Food was served very quickly and everything was hot but my fajitas were heavily seasoned and a bit hard to eat but besides that everything was great! :)

Went to the Alexandria la location on 1/10/24 around 430pm. Everything was great expect the margaritas and the service, told the waitress that the margaritas tasted nasty and she stated, "We have had a bunch of complaints about our margaritas over the past 2 weeks." She never offered to bring something else to drink, never got water or chips refilled horrible service

It has been about a year or so since I have eaten at this chilis prior to Saturday night. My friends and I settled on eating there due to everywhere else having a long waiting time. My previous experiences at this restaurant have not been good. I have walked out more than once due to poor service and cold food. However, Saturday night was completely different. The restaurant was bustling which made for a great atmosphere, we were seated and served quickly by a very kind waitress. All of our food and drinks were correct and amazing. I expressed to our waitress how this was such a great difference from my past poor experiences, and she told me they have a new general manager. (He was actually enjoying food at the restaurant in the booth right behind me!) Later, a man who I’m assuming is a manager, came over to check on our table and thank us for the compliment, which I found to be so professional and kind! We had a great time and will definitely be going back! As an avid Chilis lover, I hope to continue to see this location improve and go back to how they were in their glory days!
The Hamburger is very good and the chips and salsa are always great

The overall quality of the food service is declining, and Chili's has joined that trend. I have many great memories with my kids at Chili's, but nostalgia alone cannot compensate for the mediocre, overpriced food.

It took us more than half an hour for them to arrive at the table. It took them an hour to bring the fascine that we ordered to the table. It was cold and not complete. I asked for what was missing and they never brought it to me at the table. I had to get up from the table an d go to the manager so they could change the fascine and bring me the complete ones. For all this, more than two hours went by and the restaurant was full of 6 tables of customers. The service and the food are very bad.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ nos tardaron más de media hora en que llegarana a la mesa. late one hour before I lift the fajina that I take to the mesa it is cold and it is not completely on foot when I go and I never lift it to the mesa pipe which is pararme de la mesa and ir con el encargado so that I change the fajina and me llevarán los completo para todo esto paso más de dos horas y el Restaurant estaba con 6 mesas con clientes la atención y la comida está muy mal.$$$$$$$$It took us over half an hour for it to arrive at the table. The only reason I give it one star is because I have to in order to post a review, my family and I once favored chili's, but after this last visit we will not be coming back, we we're waiting to be seated which took longer than 10 minutes, which a group who came in after us was seated and the host didn't even acknowledge that we were there waiting. Now I know for certain I am not transparent, although the host may be colored blind im not sure.. But hey, thanks for everything you helped me decide where ii won't be eating anymore
