The kids really enjoyed themselves and that's what it's all about. The food still isn't great but edible especially since the prices are expensive but you don't always get what you pay for.
Kid-friendliness: It's very enjoyable for children but it had area closed where my birthday boy couldn't play because it has locks on the bouncer area.

It was a nice atmosphere. They were severely short staffed and that affected the food output and how long we waited to have our order taken. They were not quick or seemingly ready to do the stamp thing for our family until my husband made it a point to say hay you need to do this. It was very lax. But my kids had fun and most machines worked. We loved that they have a trampoline in there and an employee stood watch each time kids were playing in it. Also, Chuck E was not his normal happy self.

Went with my two boys recently. To start I wasn’t aware that the trampoline cost extra. Anyways I paid & my babies jumped. As soon as my child got off the man employee locks it and disappears!!!! Literally you have to go find him for your kids to be able to jump. Also the attitude wasn’t kid friendly AT ALL! Food also lacked ALOT. I wasn’t happy with this trip , but we made it work.
