The kids really enjoyed themselves and that's what it's all about. The food still isn't great but edible especially since the prices are expensive but you don't always get what you pay for.
Kid-friendliness: It's very enjoyable for children but it had area closed where my birthday boy couldn't play because it has locks on the bouncer area.

I brought by 5 boys to play on a busy Sunday. Ages ranging from 14 all the way down tob4 years old and every one of them had a blast. Thanks to the staff for being kind and helpful!!

It was a nice atmosphere. They were severely short staffed and that affected the food output and how long we waited to have our order taken. They were not quick or seemingly ready to do the stamp thing for our family until my husband made it a point to say hay you need to do this. It was very lax. But my kids had fun and most machines worked. We loved that they have a trampoline in there and an employee stood watch each time kids were playing in it. Also, Chuck E was not his normal happy self.

Went with my two boys recently. To start I wasn’t aware that the trampoline cost extra. Anyways I paid & my babies jumped. As soon as my child got off the man employee locks it and disappears!!!! Literally you have to go find him for your kids to be able to jump. Also the attitude wasn’t kid friendly AT ALL! Food also lacked ALOT. I wasn’t happy with this trip , but we made it work.

We went there for my grand babies birthday. We ordered the mega package. We were supposed to get ice cream and they said they didn't have it. They had a jumper for the kids to jump on, but wanted $8 for 10 minutes spent $229 and only got 3 pizzas and a little bit of game time. Some of the employees we're very rude now. I know why they don't stay busy anymore. Customer service goes a long way.Somebody needs to let them know that

Great time celebrating my grandsons birthday all 5 of my grandchildren were happy.

I'm going to make this as short as I can .The staff was very inattentive First, when we got there, it was one person working at the counter they left and we left to wait for somebody to come somebody finally came. Then when they came, we tried playing games. Most of every game was missing the balls that went to the games or didn’t work. Told the workers about a few of the games the man that came to fix the games told us that balls were missing but didn't offer our credits back but he was the only one that did converse with us about the problems of the games but noone tried to give us our points back after we was done and ready to go. We went to the counter to turn in the tickets no one came to the counter for about 10 minutes then someone came after about 8 mins I asked if someone was working he said yes they might ask be in the back maybe and said I’ll go get someone for you. He came back and said I fussed at them for you. Someone should come over I looked to my right and there were 3 employees just standing leaning against the wall looking at me and other guest stand and wait to be serviced. None of them moved to help us so we ended up leaving without being serviced so the only reason why I’m giving a one star is because I had to, but this Chuck E. Cheese in Alexandria Louisiana sucks and most likely we will never return . We were from Texas.

I raise my grandbabies so this place is a wonderful place to take them. I purchased a summer plan. The woman worker checked us in and sold me the food was incredibly rude! Smacking gum and behaving as though we disturbed. Very disappointing!
