The blizzard I got today what's absolutely perfect! It was the royal ultimate chocolate brownie blizzard treat with added cookie dough pieces! The Staff was great too.

Second night in a row I've ordered and yall have limited toppings and bad ass attitudes!! Bad managers upholding the worst customer service. I'll go to the one in Pineville or even Ball before I come back here.

Your website says that you close at 10 PM. I came to go in the dining room at 9:30 PM and the doors were locked. Do you close at 9:30 or 10 there were four cars in the drive-through and all the lights were on in the store and outside the store.

Went through the drive through order and give them girl my bank card they didn't have what I order I asked her did she run my card she said no so I went home get home I was charging for food I never received I will never go there again poor service and the girl lied

Busy place, but they do their best to get your order to you quickly and correctly.

Parking: Limited spots in front of store. Not the biggest issue as most opt for the drive-thru.

Usually I very satisfied whenever I go here because I love their crispy chicken salad but today it was just thrown together..no tomatoes, barely any cheese.. I will definitely take my business else where.

Omg this has got to be the slowest drive thru in Louisiana ? Drive thru can only fit 3 cars and the service is snail speed at best!

I went through the drive thru, I ordered a brownie ice cream cup and a small cup vanilla for my dog. I was on my phone so the other person heard my order. When I got to the window I was handed a blizzard and small cup of ice cream. I told her that was not what I ordered, and told her again she proceeded to charge me for her mistake. When I questioned her about it she gave me attitude I asked my friend on the phone if she heard me order a blizzard she said no and repeated exactly what I ordered. The next thing I know she is handing my money back and told me to go somewhere else! I asked if she was the manager and she said yes and shut the window. I did nothing but order and she wasn’t paying attention and gave me the wrong thing and I didn’t want what she ordered for me! I have never been treated so rudely. That person should not be in management!!!

No Slush and No Freeze available in the middle of the summer

This location is consistently AMAZING! We love the staff, who are always so kind! The food and ice cream are top tier. One of the only reliable fast food places in Alexandria.
