Don't bother using any coupons or ordering something with more than 1 topping. They will mess up, remake the pizza, mess up again, and not offer anything for delaying your food for +30 minutes. Will never be going back here.

My delivery order that should have taken 30-45 minutes per the email took two hours! And then they got my order wrong to boot. I called the store to let them know what all happened, and MARVIN, the manager hung up in my face! I called back and I’d been blocked. Called back again and a lady overseas answered. She transferred me back to the local store and no one picked up the phone. Just trash! Please believe I’m taking this further. Zero customer service and management abilities.

Literally waited a hour for my food it was one pizza that got "misplaced" when I tried to come in and say something this one girl idk her name she was black I think the manager or whatever she cut me off multiple times had a auditude and literally slammed the drive thru window at us and when I had to come back in because she missed my ranch cup I paid for she said 'oh my God" grabbed it and slammed it on the table literally I am never going back

Drove up to the window to pick up my pizza and was ignored by the young man standing by the window and the young lady looking at me from inside the store. Another 5 minutes later and a young man came to the window and asked my name, got my pizza. Order was $19.77, I gave him a $20.00 and he asked if I wanted change??? I ordered and paid for garlic sauce and it was not in the box, also ordered No onions and there were lots of onions on the pizza. Guess the quality control guy was out to lunch. Have never had a problem with this store on previous occasions. Pizza was not to usual standards. Does quality control apply to staff also?

Ordered two pizzas couldnt taste the bbq sauce at all no garlic butter on crust and my son picked it up in rain on a skateboard and they said it had to be brought back uneaten um how would we know there was no bbq sauce unless we ate some and we've ordered SEVERAL times in the last 3 months I guess Caesars is the new go to cause yall were wrong for that

If I could give no stars I will kandace from the MacArthur drive store in Alexandria was very rude I have no way to get to the store they said they called 3 times for security purposes and no one answered my phone was on charge and I was out side with my very small kids she said she wasn't sending my food out and was very rude about it I really wanted Domino's I have never had this problem before or with the store I'm calling corporate as I am typing
Staff their is professional and friendly. The pizza is wat better than the pizza from New York Pizza on Texas and MacArthur in Alexandria... The guy there gave me a pizza already cut on the shelf to sell for slices when I ordered a fresh plain takeout pizza. Domino's is always freshly made! Domino's has great deals and not as expensive either! But it's Domino's so if you want a real Italian Neapolitan you have to make it yourself...
I got a chicken Alfredo pasta and it was so dry the noodles were hard like plastic

Worst dominoes ever!! Pulled up to the window and it took them 12 mins to come to the window (yes i timed it after i saw the girl on the phone) and when she opened the window she was still on the phone. Gave my name and she typed something said couldnt find my order. Gave her the order number from my name and she said she still couldn’t find it and then i asked for a manager went inside came out 7 mins later with my order. It had the right name and order number. Came home to find they made it wrong. We ordered extra cheese and this is not extra cheese. The pasta barely was warm and didnt have much sauce in it. Never coming back
