These chips are crazy good! I could have eaten three baskets of them! I also had a shrimp chimichanga plate that I enjoyed as well. My waitress was fast and attentive, even bringing me a Togo drink before I asked.
This is some of the best Mexican food we've had in a LONG time. We're from out of state just passing through. I had the mixed fajitas and my wife had the enchiladas rancheras. Both dishes were amazing! They had great salsa as well.
I absolutely love El Raparo. The food is consistently good and the chips and salsa are always fresh. Today in particular we had a phenomenal waiter. He was attentive and even made a few jokes with me and my husband at the table, and really made the atmosphere pleasant and enjoyable. I ordered the enchiladas verdes and the rice that came with it was delicious! The vegetables sautéed with the chicken were fresh and really made the dish extremely flavorful. I definitely recommend...
