The food was commercial grade bought ,, the calamari was store bought ,, fried rice came with the 6 “ jumbo” shrimp so I ordered a crawfish fried rice , they just added crawfish teals in the fried rice ,, I ordered a family platter ,, it called for crawfish 🦞 and the fave me 2 blue crabs 🦀 instead , when I told them about it the waitress said since that crawfish season was over they substituted blue crab 🦀,, but how then are you making crawfish fried rice ?? This place was good at one time but I don’t think I’ll be going back no time soon ,, I had an order of calamari when they brought it out I thought it was onion rings then the taste ,, smh 🤦🏾,,, ordered a half and half the waitress brought me sweet tea cut with water I asked her did she know the difference she told me that’s what she thought I said ,, so Arnold Palmer 🍹 isn’t known as half and half to a waitress? I’m done ,,,

Love the staff there, they are very kind and outgoing but some of the customers need to recheck their attitude.

100% would recommend the food and service but some of the customers kind of make the atmosphere feel stuffy.

It seems like every time I go, it's the same thing. I was highly disappointed. I ordered through a delivery service and that was horrible. I ended up having to go back. They replaced the food and it still was bad!! I went a few weeks ago and sat in the restaurant. Flies were flying everywhere. I ordered my food and asked for the sauce to be mild, on the side, and not on my food. The sauce was spicy and the food didn't have any seasoning on it. Just bland. Then, I asked a waitress to come and switch the sauce out to another kind and mild (since my waitress had been MIA the whole time I was there), and she had a nasty attitude. She switched the sauce and it was spicy and too salty. At that point, I was so done. I was there for about 10 mins and I was ready to go. Will not be going back!!

Dined in yesterday , I was greeted at the door, my server answered all of my questions , I really enjoyed the atmosphere , the music and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend this place 100%!

The food was inedible. My daughter got the catfish basket. The fish smelled terrible and tasted worse. The smell lingered so bad we could smell it on our clothes and in my car. The seafood on the seafood salad was wet and or rubbery like they just defrosted it and threw it on some lettuce. The crab salad is imitation crab and also tasted and smelled terrible. I can’t believe this place is on business and has multiple locations.

I've been to this establishment on two occasions traveling from Texas. The first time was last summer the food was good. And my second time was 7-12-2025 food still good. My only complaint was the overall drive up appeal to the restaurant. The landscaping was horrible no appeal at all. The building itself needs painting badly. Parking lot needs attention such as restriping parking spaces etc. The inside floors were greasy and slippery. The men's restroom was smelly urininals were very dirty. Which probably the reason for the smell. If the things I mentioned. were adressed and fixed. The business for this place would increase.

Does the food here taste good? I have no idea because our food never came.
After a wonderful trip from Dallas to New Orleans, this was the last Louisiana food place that we decided to stop at on our drive home. This restaurant ruined that.
As we walked in, we definitely didn’t feel welcome but we were hungry and wanted some good seafood, so when we were seated (immediately because they weren’t busy at all), we hoped to get drinks and food pretty quickly. We ordered water to start, and that’s all we ever got.
One person brought water and took our orders, and 45 minutes later, no food, no further communication, no bread or anything. We were basically ignored. Everyone around us that seemed local got served before us. People were eating all around us. The couple that walked in 2 seconds before us were done with their food by the time we decided we had had enough and we left. Thankful we only ordered waters.
Terrible business practice when someone can’t come check up on customers or give an update when everyone around us has food.
