I’m not sure who made my sandwich, but **** it was delicious!!! I had a medium honey ham with extra mayo, onions, and bell peppers. The amount of mayo and onions was perfect. The sandwich was so good and fresh that I’m thinking about going back before 9pm for another. Customer service was excellent too.

They have stopped carrying gluten free bread at this location even though it is CLEARLY listed on Firehouse’s Web site. (See photo) Thanks to this, my family can no longer eat here. No one at the restaurant knows why they stopped carrying it and no one knows if/when they will ever have it again. So sad, because we really liked this place.

The worst customer service ever!!! I received more help from young lady off the clock honestly. I stood at register while employees finished holding conversation. It was my first and last visit. The young man that took my order was polite, the man in the blue shirt basically tossed my bag with no smile or anything!!! He may have been the manager I’m not sure. My sandwich was soggy and nasty. I’ve heard great things about these subs, but unfortunately it wasn’t my experience ??♀️??♀️
