I absolutely love Five Guys burgers. Not only is the food Amazing. The service is fast, friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Patricia, the GM, is very professional and helpful. It is also mandatory that ALL employees were face coverings at all times. Such an amazing experience. I will go back.

I visited the store in Alexandria, LA on 10/20/20 around 8:00 p.m and I really was surprised at the customer Survice I’ve received. They made my night. I wasn’t sure on what I wanted to order, but they didn’t rush me like many other places. They made me feel like I was there only customer. Thanks Five Guys!! I will be visiting your store more in the future.
