Huckleberry Brewing Company

Drove up from Baton Rouge to see Eric Johanson and it was worth the drive. Great beers (Riverboat Razz is better than Purple Haze, awesome blonde ale and the Molé beer was world class). No need to eat before because the onsite food was very good. Intimate and good venue to see real musicians up close. Don’t miss this brewery because they are better than the “big boys”.

We visit lots of breweries, in state & out of state, & there has not been another brewery that comes close to Huckleberry. Their Trail Dog & Sandbar Blonde are easy drinking & my 2 favorites. Having said that; their seasonals & the new releases are outstanding. Pair the beer with great entertainment, best bartenders around, & a Brewmaster & his wife who are always ready to welcome you to their brewery, & you will know right away that you’ve found your brewery! *& don’t forget to bring your pup, they are definitely fur baby friendly! 🌟🍺🌟🍺🌟🍺🌟🍺🌟

Went on a Friday night. Live music. Super friendly bartender. There’s a bar area and separate family seating. Definitely not the best brewery, but probably the most poppin’ place you’ll find in Alex.

Good beer. Good service. The bartender was easy going, easy to talk with. The food truck was excellent as well.

Just had my first Huckleberry Sandbar and it was delicious. Eating at Walk-On’s here in Alexandria and love supporting local. Have a friend who literally drives from New Orleans to buy a case of this beer so figured it’s good. I was not disappointed!

I believe that I’ve found a new “go-to”. Thanks!

Cenla's first Brewery in Alexandria, Louisiana! Go check out all the brews...but Riverboat Razz is a favorite! Lots of great live music on the Trail Dog Stage & outdoor patio, with delicious brats & loaded tots from their built in food truck.

Wow, what an amazing place. Visited Alexandria for the weekend, and saw they were dog-friendly. People friendly too. Amazing service, friendly people, awesome beers, excellent wings.

Well if you answered yes then definitely stop in and have yourself a delicious brew. The brews are great, clean restrooms, and definitely get yourself an order of the chicken wings while you’re at it. Also be sure and enjoy the riverboat razz brew, my favorite.
