Stopped in 2/28/25 @ 9:42. Ordered. Didn’t receive our breakfast until 11:27 am. How hard is it to make 2 breakfast samplers? This was of no fault of our waiter he couldn’t stop apologizing for the wait. We’ve said we were not coming back here before because this is a on going problem with this facility. Very poorly managed. People standing around. Wasn’t very busy and only reason we didn’t leave was because of our waiter. Someone needs to get a hand on this place. Terrible wait time and it shouldn’t ever be like this. No one should wait this long for food and then our food was cold. IHOP #4470. Table 18.

Obviously Ihop varies from branch to branch! I have been in much better branches before. Service was very good and relatively fast. The waitress explained the menu and gave me vegetarian options. What I didn’t like was the place in general, it’s outdated and needs lots of renovations. Also on my plate, the egg was good but the hash browns was kind of clod and very crusty! Wasn’t as fresh as expected. Pancakes were little undercooked and there was only one syrup option on the table. The mango lemonade was great.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled, and no one parked in any of the handicapped spaces that wasn'tsupposed to. Also had plenty of room inside to wheel up to my table in my wheelchair.

Unfortunately will not return. I use to love IHOP. The place was freezing we weren't the only guest complaining. They do not serve hot syrup any more so the table syrup was ice cold. Our server DelMarco was awesome. Even apologized for company rule of no warm syrup.

45 Minutes to wait for food to come for breakfast at 11 o'clock. That is a shame. They made a mistake on the pancakes and then wanted to charge me $9 for 3 pancakes must have gold in them. Plus, they charge me for milk that I never received. And the place is filthy just disgusting.The bathroom sticky nasty. This place has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. Needs remodeling to current times and cleaned is the worst way.

HOUR WAIT for mediocre food. At one point, no one in our entire half of the restaurant had food on the table. When the food arrived, it was only ok. Avocado nor ripe, hash browns very dry, omelet was fried chopped egg with veggies sitting on top. We were ready to walk out when food arrived about an hour later. No discount was offered. Then the lady who wasn't our waitor literally hovered over our table till I finally told her I would get the money in a minute. Horrible experience. Thankfully we don't live in this area but I do NOT recommend this location at all. Very poorly run.
