One man working by himself LITTERALLY hosted our seats took order cooked out food got us coffee had two other tables everyone was amazed and never had to ask for anything everything was on point very good and fresh he even kept conversation with everyone as he took care of us give this man a raise IHOP!!!!!!!!!!

The men's bathroom had the most foul smell I have ever encountered ever in any bathroom, includes 20 years in US Army and travels around the world! Health department needs to investigate. The smell was nauseating!

This visit was horrible. Firstly our waitress left and took a break so someone had to watch for us. It took an hour to get our food and the food was cool. I just returned home without the order I placed as listed on the menu. I ordered 2 burgers with fries and a double BLT on wheat with fries. I got a single BLT on white bread with a few cold fries. Disappointed is is an under statement. When I called to complain, the young lady taking orders said wheat bread is unavailable as well as the double BLT as listed. She had no response when asked why I wasn't informed when placing the order. Of course she offered I could return in the rain for some kind of adjustment, but I declined. I thought it better to pen a negative review, advise customers that menus are inaccurate, cashiers lack talking skills and that it may be a better idea to get your take out orders elsewhere.Regretfully,Linda McMahon
We always come here for breakfast. We love the pancakes. Service is usually pretty good. And the waiters and waitresses are always friendly.

Delmarco was amazing. We came in at 6AM. He was the only employee. He greeted/seated us, took our order, cooked our food, bussed the table, and took the payment. He literally did the job of 5 people and did it well and quickly.The downside was the manager took away the carafes so Delmarco had to go and get single cups of coffee which takes up much more time. Sounds like Delmarco needs a raise and this store needs a new manager.

Very long wait with lots of free tables in the restaurant. My wife’s order was delayed about 30 mins after I received my food. Server brought ticket and didn’t feel he should discount it due to late food. Don’t think I will go back to this location again.
