I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

This review is specifically for the hostess and servers. Our big, loud family of 13 converged on Chili's mid-afternoon to gather our wits after a long drive to Alexandria and to enjoy catching up over a few (or many) cocktails. The hostess was warm and welcoming and quickly found a table large enough to corral us. Our server, Ellis, was quick with the cocktails, patient when so many of us tried to talk at once, and had a smile for us throughout our HOURS taking up his table. We had a fantastic time, thanks to Ellis!

Awful! Never again! wings where big with hardly any lemon pepper sesoning, fries where cold and soggy, short a wing on one plate which is okay because i could only make myself eat 2, did not get any ranch. 1st and last time EVER. SMH
