Refused to accept my VALID Federal ID… my VALID MILITARY ID. She said someone told her it’s not legal to verify someone’s birthday with a military ID and she can only use my drivers license! Idiocy… it is very much a valid form of identification. It’s a FEDERAL ID! If TSA accepts it to fly, then jacks can use it to check my birthday. SMMFH….
Fine… apparently my FEDERAL currency is not valid tender at this establishment either. I’ve been a patron of Jacks for years, but after that… I will no longer support their business.

I don't drink hard liquor but a daiquiri is nice to settle your stomach with....they will hook you up..sometimes though, some of the folks will make it like juice...be mindful
I drove up at a very busy time but it was worth the wait. The young lady that took my order was super friendly. Being an "oldie goldie" I was not familiar with the drink names. I asked for something with rum in it and the drink was delicious. I shall return. ?

Waited in the drive thru line while the server had a conversation with the driver ahead of me, several minutes after the transaction was complete. The server watched while I backed out and left, never ushering along the car she was having a conversation with.
