Their food is so good and delicious. But the big Mexican man is so rude to his customers. I’m a regular there and so I see them a lot and he’s been rude before but I just thought he was having a bad day but no he’s just always rude for no reason. I give this place 2 stars because the man is just so rude. I don’t think someone has ever been rude to me like this.

I am not knocking this place they have good food but they charge you for every little side and they call it appetizers $4 for queso and $4 for guacamole $3 for a drink by the time you pay for your meal that's supposed to be $9.99 it's over $20 and they expect to tip as well sorry to inform you this is not an appetizer on cheese or guacamole that is part of a taco only reason why I keep coming in this restaurant because they have decent food but the prices are outrageous for the cheese that they barely give you any on your mail a total mess awful expensive for some queso especially when I can make it at home for the same price and have a whole lot left over I believe I will stop coming here a little bit less than I do because the overpricing on the sides

Waiting to eat the large Mexican man with the bad attitude serving the food, took his hand with the latex glove wiped his sweaty forehead and went right back to serving. I was a regular, brought coworkers and when I brought my husband and he saw this we left. I had been treated poorly by the same man twice prior to this encounter. Some people should not work in customer service.

I really LOVE their burritos and so far that is all Ive purchased because they are delicious! I just moved from California to Louisiana a few months ago so I'll try other dishes eventually but this as been a great start!

Javi PS is absolutely amazing! The food is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, delicious, and full of personality. The staff is friendly and the overall experience is top-notch. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again

Great food, surprising good actually. Idk if you would call it a knockoff Chipotle when its better however they do not have water, like none. Not even behind the counter, I understand for paying customers only, but come on forcing someone to buy a drink...

the manager is a racist mf who talks to the 15 year old black kids Lil they are slaves or they are his kids corporate needs to move in and see what's going on because its to many complaints for no 1 to be taking notice don't go eat there or let your kids eat there and black folks need to stop going to places to we and they don't even want us there to eat

⸻ DO NOT support this business until major changes are made. The manager at Javi P’s Fresh Mex is out of line — and it’s time the public knows. He has repeatedly mistreated underage employees who are minors. These young workers are scheduled illegally, left to run the restaurant alone, and spoken to with zero respect. It’s one thing to be unprofessional — it’s another to withhold pay from a minor and argue with that minor’s mother publicly from the business’s Facebook page. Completely unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue privately or correcting the mistake, this man chose to be defensive, disrespectful, and engage in petty arguments using a company account. That tells me everything I need to know about his character and how little he values the people working under him. DO NOT SUPPORT! Enough is enough we will not stop until there is change
