I ordered the loaded Fri bowl 🥣. I got bowl a d looked at and my wife said this is not what you ordered. The fries you couldn't see they was underneath the bowl didn't look like the picture they advertised. To anyone I wouldn't recommend the Fri bowl

This is my first time buying KFC since moving here from Pa. It was very very good! The woman at the window was very polite and courteous! A professional! I was expecting Street slang and an attitude because that is what I have been experiencing on a daily basis here but I was pleasantly surprised and it restored my humanity for this area. Sounds harsh but it is true and the truth can hurt! It was very expensive but worth it when you consider that Such a professional courteous woman working there needs to have a decent pay and the food being good as well does justify cost! Order was 12 piece bucket with 3 sides being 2 mashed potatoes, and corn. No drinks. Price was $43.00. I can't justify spending this amount of money for that food too often though as chicken is the cheapest meat and corn and potatoes are the most abundant and cheapest vegetables!

The smell in this place is nauseous!!! I feel so bad for the employees!!!! They are clearly embarrassed!! And they have to work in that environment. We could barely eat due to the odor. The manager said it was from the sewage system. I pray, for the sake of the employees, that they get this cleared up. All the employees were just so nice and friendly but ashamed of their workplace.
KFC, you should be ashamed to force these hard-working people to work in this environment.

Worst Chicken ever you can tell they threw it back in the old dirty grease to be reheated and fries were hard and cold. I never give bad reviews but im honestly offended they thought it was cool serving that junk. I should of went back for a refund.

The chicken tenders I got there looked like they were for a dog and they were nasty I was very disappointed in KFC they used to be good and chicken was crunchy but this time chicken was not at all like it used to be sorry KFC just being honest
They told people to pull up and there was people waiting for over 20 minutes. We had to go into the place just to see that our food was waiting on the counter. They weren’t even going to bring it out to us.

Terrible food. Used doordash and my chicken was undercooked, missing a piece of chicken and the fries were burnt. The person who prepared my chicken little combo @2:35 pm on June 7th 2024...count your days. Why you slathered my sandwich on the outside with Mayonnaise and the bread is dry is beyond me

The chicken and especially the fries wasn't hot.You couldn't exchange a thigh for a wing without a extra charge.Yet,they gave two thighs instead of a leg.Cashier was great; but management said extra charge on the wing.??
