Went into to get the veterans day deal before 2 and was told sorry sold out! Like what you ain't sold out of pizza go make more and give me the drink as advertised. Nowhere does it say first come first serve or limited supplies, but it says until 2 which means need to honor it

I ordered a pizza and cheese puffs online yesterday. Arrived at the time it was supposed to be done. Had a notification that the order was completed. Pulled up to the window and was told that they had to remake the pizza and it was not done. I parked and waited and waited and waited. About 20 minutes went inside. It was not done. I waited inside eventually the pizza came out of the oven and was placed Next to the cash register where it’s at while other people were being waited on I asked when my order would be ready because we had another message that the pizza had been ready and now we were waiting on the cheese puffs. When I first arrived the person working the window had her ear glued to a phone for quite a while and was not real interested in Service. I feel like my pizza was given to somebody else because they had to start completely over with it after I have been told it was completed.

Ordered about 2 weeks ago and Bell Pepper was left off. Brought pizza and showed who I thought was the Manager. She said just come back when I was ready and they would remake me a corrected pizza. I did that today 11/22/24. No you can't do that! No she's not a Manager! No there's no record in the system by name or phone number to retrace the order! No she's no longer with us!

Employees looked at me in the drive thru for 10 mins, waited 30 mins for 1 thing and during that time the manager took 4 smoke breaks.
Two employees were very nice. Might just need new management.

Food is always great. But. Why is the lobby always locked now? Then when you ask why it's always locked, they come at you with attitude. Like, it's always closed so early and then you got a line out in the street. That's dangerous.
Came around noon and the lady cashier was just flat out unhelpful. Asked for a medium pizza, she said no. Asked for bread, said no. I should have said no when she asked for payment. >=/

I must have waited 30min for some crazy puffs I ordered.. while waiting I decided my wait had been too long just to make way for the entrance of the restaurant and a worker is now meeting me with my food.. I proceeded to go inside anyway bc I needed some sauce to go with my meal.. the cashier had the nastiest attitude and was like “$1.10” for the sauce.. I was like ok no problem, went to my car and grabbed extra coins bc I wanted two of them.. I felt like after a wait like that you all could have given me the sauce out of common courtesy.. but you all will never get my coins again.. that place ain’t paying yall enough to treat people crappy let alone did I deserve the lack of services from the staff.. please do better , find another job, or just disappear all together before the right one ☝? lash on the entire staff.. do better.. too bad ion know yall name but I can POINT every last one of you out with ease.. tuh “$1.10” working hard for the money I see lol

The food is delicious. New items are added to the menu frequently, and actually look like the food on the picture adds. However service is always slow qnd backed-up with people and order. I prefer to stay in my car because everyone that walks in and employee has to suck their teeth and complain " about in coming clients
