Ordered about 2 weeks ago and Bell Pepper was left off. Brought pizza and showed who I thought was the Manager. She said just come back when I was ready and they would remake me a corrected pizza. I did that today 11/22/24.
No you can't do that!
No she's not a Manager!
No there's no record in the system by name or phone number to retrace the order!
No she's no longer with us!

Guess what?

Employees looked at me in the drive thru for 10 mins, waited 30 mins for 1 thing and during that time the manager took 4 smoke breaks.

Two employees were very nice. Might just need new management.

Food is always great. But. Why is the lobby always locked now? Then when you ask why it's always locked, they come at you with attitude. Like, it's always closed so early and then you got a line out in the street. That's dangerous.

I must have waited 30min for some crazy puffs I ordered.. while waiting I decided my wait had been too long just to make way for the entrance of the restaurant and a worker is now meeting me with my food.. I proceeded to go inside anyway bc I needed some sauce to go with my meal.. the cashier had the nastiest attitude and was like “$1.10” for the sauce.. I was like ok no problem, went to my car and grabbed extra coins bc I wanted two of them.. I felt like after a wait like that you all could have given me the sauce out of common courtesy.. but you all will never get my coins again.. that place ain’t paying yall enough to treat people crappy let alone did I deserve the lack of services from the staff.. please do better , find another job, or just disappear all together before the right one ☝? lash on the entire staff.. do better.. too bad ion know yall name but I can POINT every last one of you out with ease.. tuh “$1.10” working hard for the money I see lol

The food is delicious. New items are added to the menu frequently, and actually look like the food on the picture adds. However service is always slow qnd backed-up with people and order. I prefer to stay in my car because everyone that walks in and employee has to suck their teeth and complain " about in coming clients

Pull up to drive thru window at 11:30 I’m not greeted until I knock on the window and the attendant says she’s “doing a register check” I ask how much longer she says “I don’t know” so I’m supposed to just sit her with a line of cars behind me to order my food like it’s no big deal! Terrible customer service and it’s what’s wrong with most restaurants that have employees that just don’t care about the service that they provide, the attitude of “oh they’ll just have to wait”

Rarely are they on top of what's going on. They don't know orders that came in, what's already ready or who it goes it. EVERY TIME I GO IN it's like that.
The counter person always seems to be new and not know what to do.
If you're going up be chaotic at least be friendly and show effort. Expect a long wait when you order. It's never "Hot and Ready".

Parking: Drive thru seems to have been an after thought. It backs up into the street. Difficult to get in or out of the parking lot.

Fresh food, but it took 40 minutes to get one pizza. The employees were playing in there and allowing anyone to grab any pizza instead of giving it to the correct customers.
