Complete honesty. Ive bought a dozen cupcakes from here several times and each time its the same experience. Almost $45 for 12 cupcakes, which is ok because the icing is INCREDIBLE but they fall short with the mediocre cakes themselves. The icing is the best I've ever had but the cake is just meh. Kinda dry and so so flavor. I always eat the whole cupcake because they are over $3 a piece but my wife and I really only crave the icing. I hope this HONEST review will help them...
Little Cakes is my favorite coffee stop in Alexandria. I’m a regular & a couple of the girls know me by name. They always make me feel so welcomed & like they are genuinely happy to see me. Not only is the coffee always delicious but the attention to customer service is always a big plus! (Also the sugar cookies & ANY of the cupcakes are AMAZING!)
When I went into the store I was greeted by the young girl at the counter, she took my order, I didn't get her name but she was polite and courteous. It was my first time going there so it made a wonderful impression. I will be returning soon.
