New owners have changed the broasted chicken recipe or technique. Not as good to me but acceptable. But the most distasteful change is the blaring big-screen TV playing that despicable, Fox News propaganda. Best to put on a neutral station or turn it off.

First time eating here today. My daughter and I had Lou's Classic cheeseburger all the way, and it was fantastic!

Philly cheese and shrimp po boy... delicious. So hot you have to wait to eat. Amazing. When does that happen? I've lived here for 2 years and I just ate here? Don't make the same mistake...go now! I'll wait......you there yet? 😉👍

This place has the biggest burgers and I can't even begin to tell about the tasty fish and shrimp basket. I couldn't eat all of my fish and shrimp basket.

Came here for the first time today and will become a repeat customer! The staff was so friendly and pleasant, the food was absolutely delicious and worth the price, and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable

I concur with previous comments. I had a burger and fries and everything was fresh and hot. This is a nice small place to sit, relax and enjoy the taste of the food.

I wish I could give this place more than five stars for absolutely everything about our experience. We stopped here for dinner with our three toddlers, and we could not have been more grateful for their INCREDIBLE service! To top it off, the food was DELICIOUS!! We’ll be back the next time we’re in town!

Meals are bigger since new owners took over.

Had the original BBQ poboy. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this....sammie was delicious all around. The curly fries were fantastic. A little dive-bar ish vibes inside, but those are usually the best spots.

Last night I stopped here. I actually wanted a turkey sandwich but they didn't offer that. I ordered 2 chicken wings, but I didn't want the fries, potato salad or chips they offered. I paid almost $8.00 for those two wings. I got home. They were really small and rubbery. This was disgusting! Never again!

Was there on Columbus Day (2024) coming back from Southern LA. The broasted chicken is AMAZING! My bride keeps asking if we can make the 130 mile drive to go back for dinner.

This place used to be amazing, but it has gone a little downhill since the new owners took over. I got a dressed roast beef Poboy. The sandwich itself was great. However, the potato salad I had on the side was awful. They let the potatoes get cold before mixing so it was a globby mess. I also asked for a cup of au ju to dip my Poboy in. It was very thick and not au ju at all. It tasted like cheap gravy mix from a package. Like I said, the Poboy itself is good, but everything else is struggling. There are other great Poboy shops in the area that are locally owned and have much better options
