Quick affordable lunch. Service with a smile. Good prices. Food was great. I had a 1/2 jalapeno crunch sandwich and 1/2 southwest chicken salad with the vinaigrette it comes with. It was amazing! If it hadn't been so good, I could have eaten off of it twice! Instead I stuffed my face! My aunt had a loaded baked potato and potato soup and enjoyed it as well. Also, the sweet tea and strawberry lemonade was great!

Waited in line way too long and when it was finally my turn to order, the cashier decided to refill straw and napkins! I took my appetite to Schlotzsky's!

Don't order a to go order from here they will ignore you to the end of the earth and help the customer who was placing a order before they helped me and I have been waiting over 30 minutes to pick up my order

Went today for lunch with it being convenient location, but that still didn't help with time. They took almost the whole hour of our lunch break with no time to be able to eat by the time we had tk be back to work. Food was mediocre and the restaurant is hot with temps around the area in triple digits lately it is very uncomfortable to be hot while wanting to eat. I dont recommend this for a lunch spot if your on a time limit or work outside all day.

took 45 to 50 mins for a potato with a cup of soup and a cold sandwich. ridiculous. ruined my entire lunch break and returned to work without being able to eat.

The sandwich and salad menus are dependable and delicious. Every bite better than the last one. We're disappointed they closed the McAlister's in Natchitoches so we go to Alexandria when we get the chance

Lets just say i don't recommend....Stopped while Im passing through becaus its a familiar place ...customer service horrible portions terrible....waited extremely long and food was not even hot and fresh...i see why it looks empty over there. Wish I could give 0 stars. So upset i spent my money.

Service was excellent, food was very good. My favorite sandwich is the spicy turkey melt on ciabatta. Tea always hits the spot especially in this heat.

Got an event catered with McAlister's boxed lunches, and the team labeled every box with names, and we had no issues with anyone's orders. Very helpful and understanding team as we placed orders very last minute! Will absolutely continue to order catering from them in the future.

My wife and I cam here in November 2023 and since I came back I had to find this place. The Customer Service is great (maybe better then Chick-fil-a) and the food is prepared fresh, so when you eat it, it is hot. My wife even ate here last time and when the Manager found out she has Celiac, she personally fixed her food. This is southern hospitality at it's best. Sorry, I don't have pictures of my food, it looked to good not to dive in.
