Only reason I'm giving 1 star is to review 02/22/2025 8:30 pm as if the weather isn't bad enough to be out in the storm the least you would think the food would be fresh and customer be st least friendly ..Ordered the Angel Reese Special worst decision ever was told I couldn't add MUSTARD to the sandwich but I could take off the pickles the sandwich was too cold to even eat also Ordered a filet o fish fresh out the grease well that was a bust got to the pick up window prepared ro be parked only to be given the bag when asked was the fish fresh with a straight face the young lady said yes..well got home thank God my mother didn't want the fish sandwich because never did I know the sandwich came with lettuce tomatoes and mayo...WOW MCDONALD WHAT HAPPEN TO JUST TARTER AND THE HALF SLICE OF CHEESE

This McDonald's has geniune serious issues, and has had them since 2021 or so. At least half of the time, you get the wrong order. A cheeseburger instead of a hamburger, missing things, etc. In addition, the sweet tea here isn't sweet or tea. It tastes like just water more often than not.
My dad went through the drivethrough tonight. Sweet tea tasted like water. Double hamburger had cheese. Only thing that was right with my food were the fries.
Seriously, get your act together. This is unacceptable.

They were closed and it was 4am.. there was two cars in the parking lot, but nobody would answer on the speaker and the doors were locked. If they close in the night, they need to update their hours.

I don’t know who is working the drive thru but they have the worst attitudes. An old man was ordering and the lady was talking over him and he said he couldn’t understand so she talked to him slower and made him feel dumb and their voices came into my speaker and they were laughing. This day and age does not know how to give customer service!!
Waited 20 minutes and then gave me the wrong order. Paid for a double quarter and got a single.
