Walked in with 2 customers already waiting on food in front of me. I ordered food on the kiosk and waited for about 10 minutes. The two customers ahead of me still had not received their orders. Finally, a young woman called one customer up to tell him that the breakfast he ordered on the kiosk was not available due to the time. He was calm but clearly upset as he proceeded to inform them that the items were on the menu on the kiosk. The manager told him that she always tells customers not to order on the kiosk; the man asks what choice did he have if there was not an employee at the counter to place his order. She then calls the employee to the counter to reprimand her in front of several customers all while she (the manager) had a bag of lettuce tucked under her armpit. I waited approximately 20 minutes for my food and after receiving half of my order, the other customer that was there before me had to ask for his single big Mac that he had been waiting for long before I placed my order. This whole place is disorganized. The manager kept yelling out to other employees about pushing more frustrated customers in the drive thru and lobby orders first. My food was correct, warm, and ok but definitely not worth waiting 30 minutes for. Quit paying $20 hour wages for low quality employees.

It's like your invisible when ordering at the counter, they see you but ignore you. What happened to taking care of the people that come in. They more concerned with door dash. Last time I visit this location . The new mac arch is mac nasty, whopper is much better

I really like this mcdonalds for breakfast. Everytime I stop there on my way to campus my breakfast is always hot. I love that. I hate going by other mcdonalds and getting cold hashbrowns and burritos. At this particular mcdonalds my hasbrown and burrito are always hot and the burrito is always wrapped the way it should be, there's no extra tortilla that does not have egg amd cheese and mix in every bite. The drive through is clean from debris and the employees at the windows are nice without attitude and do not mind getting you the extra sauce you ask for. Truly appreciate the hot breakfast. đŸ”„

Young woman with tattoo on her neck in her late 20s decided to get an attitude with customers in the parking lot. Her job was to deliver food but she started yelling at cars that she decided weren’t placed a few feet appropriately. She didn’t wear any name tag and wasn’t interested in giving her true name. She told me to, “Go on then.” I’m not sure what it means, but it was said ugly. I don’t recommend eating food prepared with hands you can’t trust. We waited for over 15 minutes and we had a nasty bag from the counter set on top of our food inside of another bag. The food was contaminated.

I didn't get any food here so I can't comment on that. Just stopped for a restroom break and let's just say I wish I wouldn't of. It looked ok when we walked into the McDonald's but the bathroom told another story. Let me keep this short don't go for the bathroom. Weird people in the bathroom on stuff

Waited over 20 minutes for my food, door was locked and an employee had to open it for everyone who wanted to enter. All of the kiosk were not working and every surface I touched was sticky and dirty. The guy at the front counter was nice but when I asked about my online order I had to tell him in detail my order after giving him my name so I’m not sure if they cleared my order or what. Such a bad experience.

Waited 30 minutes to get 10 piece nuggets. Ordering through app, the guy asked me what I ordered as soon as I parked. It was 9pm not busy at all, easily 25 cars went by after I parked. I went inside to ask for my order and they had lost track of it. They had to reprint it and finally got it after.

We always stop here on our way through Alexandria because we have a 3 year old who loves McDonald’s. We use the App so it’s always convenient and they have always been friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff is always friendly and polite. That’s way we always stop by.

Kid-friendliness: Friendly environment, children are welcome not looked at like oh lord!! Smiling faces and our food is always fresh and hot.

I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my basic 10 McNuggets order when I had already ordered on the mobile app. The first contact was asking if I needed to order, and I responded that I ordered through the app. Since that point, my wait was not acknowledged. There were staff horseplaying, throwing things at other staff, shoes in hand and walking around in the kitchen near the food, letting people slide by with free drinks, etc. Also, the bathroom was not clean at all. There was a syringe on the floor and no soap in the dispenser to wash hands. How does the employee wash hands before returning to work?
I am glad my son didn't see the drug syringe, but I was disgusted that I had to eat my food basically by just rinsing my hand under water and using a paper towel to feel clean. This is unacceptable McDonald's practice.
I feel that the overstaffed late evening employees were making the manager on duty work everything while the rest enjoyed free food, drinks, and hourly pay. The manager (guy with a tie??) needs to be trained to delegate, enforce, and stay on top of customer service. He had the worst uniform to look like a manager. I had to take my food to the car to eat as there was too much unprofessionalism going on in there for the customers to eat peacefully. Even the customer feedback QR Code was disabled to send in any feedback.

The night staff doesn’t take orders, they NEVER have fresh food and they claim they are closed when the store is TWENTY FOUR HOURS!!!!!

Breakfast was GREAT . Sausage Biscuit Hitting A-1. Orange Juice crispy and cold. Charles brought a bright smile and welcoming conversation to our morning. Cashiers were amazing also. Awesome Location AND Service.
