Pleasantly Surprised!!!We stopped by here during our trip back from New Orleans. Absolutely clean McDonald's with nothing unclean to be seen. A lady greeted us and asked if we needed help while we were ordering through the self service kiosk, which we appreciated.The food was excellent ?. Great Service ?.Overall, very much recommended.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star treatment!!!

I ordered breakfast online, arrived to pick it up, drove back to my hotel room to find that I had been given the wrong order. Drove back to McDonald’s to have the order corrected. By this time breakfast was already over, they were busy, and I had a big order so I was already anticipating an issue. HOWEVER, after explaining it to the manager she immediately apologized and had the team remake the whole order and at my request received 2 free drinks for my troubles. Mistakes happen but how they are handled is what makes the difference. Miss Yvonne was very polite and professional. She took accountability for the mistake and made sure the team got it right despite being busy and breakfast was over. This was a surprisingly good experience.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s location in Alexandria. You can order a happy meal and still have to pull forward. Kitchen full joking and playing around but definitely not working or getting orders out timely. You would think as long as you have to wait for your food it would at least be fresh. NOPE wrong! If you want McDonald’s, please do yourself a favor and go to the Jackson Street or North MacArthur locations!
