They had no salsa, the dr pepper i got was flat and the added in cherry flavoring you could not taste that. Could tell the young girl that served my food did not want to be there amoung the rest of the girls. The one young girl was rude and did not ask what i wanted to go first and i had to ask what they had for rice and beans etc. And they barely had any food to choose from for my bowl. When i went to the bathroom I had to go ask for toilet paper. I will not come back here again. The atmosphere was not welcoming.

Oh my.They’ve no idea what their own menu is, they don’t have half of the menu items, the food in the heat trays are crusty, AC is broken, soda machines are down, no salsa on the bar, no napkins, limited silverware, no chips or queso, and rude. After all that, the cashier said “select a tip”, and when I selected none (hello… no), “man, put yo card in. NEXT!” So… here’s to hoping I don’t get food poisoning.

Welcome to Moe's. Everything is always great. The home wrecker is my fav. Great staff. You can tell they are trying. Reading other reviews it seems they judge to harsh. Give them a chance.

I don't eat here often, because the food is more expensive than other fast food options. The food is also not authentic Mexican food, but it is tasty, and the portion sizes are large

Last time I was there, all of the employees were mad at each other and outside gossiping. They left one girl in there to do the job. There were 3 or 4 others literally not giving af. I really wish I said something, but I wanted to leave as fast as possible. The girl inside gave me and a couple others the food for free because it was so bad in there. It felt like a middle school playground, not one adult acting like an adult and doing their job.

The worst resturant experience I've ever had. Staff was unhelpful, no ice in soda machine, bathroom was dirty, soda from soda machine was warm, steak undercooked, tortilla chips were stale. The floors were dirty, tables not wiped. I noticed one of the workers was just chilling on his phone. Employees didn't ask me what I wanted on my order, I had to tell them myself. It seems like they didn't have any training, and didn't want to be there. It's a shame becuase usually Moe's is a good place. Just terrible.

Someone needs to have an experienced woman as a manager. I guarantee you she would keep that place clean. I mean it is so dirty. EVERYWHERE! The floors are sticky. The tea containers are filthy. The male manager, poor thing was wiping the tables at least. The food prep areas was messy and not wiped down. Nasty everywhere. No order at all! Not going back.

Edit: My apologies for such a long review, but I personally felt the need to share it so I did. Before anyone reads this though keep in mind that I am not calling anyone out or being disrespectful. So I ask you to please not leave any unnecessary comments about my review. It would be greatly appreciated. While the food was good for the price, the experience was not (in my case at least). I was just standing in line when the manager I assume had walked by me to get to the back where all the cooks and workers were. They could have easily told me if I could move over so they could pass by and I would've done so with no problem. But instead they say something along the lines of "yeah you need to move over, I'll let it slide this time but dont let it happen again". As a person who works at a fast food chain I would never say this to a customer, even if they were being rude to me first. I thought the remark was very out of line, especially since the consumers are the ones putting money in your bank account. I know that all the workers there are not like that, but that one altercation just messed it all up for me. Really sucks that it's the management/ crew that can ruin your experience before the actual quality of the food can. Overall, this was not the local food place for me and I'd much rather stick to the actual authentic mexican resturants down here. Your experience there might be better than mine though, so if this kind of food is up your alley this may be the place for you.

Moe’s used to be one of my favorite spots to eat at in Alexandria or order to go, but I’ve noticed the last couple of times I’ve been that it’s decreased in quality. The bathrooms are dirty, floor is sticky... today they had little to no meat or fresh vegetables. I had to ask the employee twice if I could get more chicken because there wasn’t much on it. The pico and lettuce looked old. I am deeply disappointed ?.

Experience here was amazing. The gentleman working is by himself today, tho it is busy at the time I came in, you can tell he cares about the food he serves you. Really good guy, and great food. I know he needs some help, but he is on it! Great service.

This day, my son & I were able to dine in; The food was delicious per usual and customer service was great; the environment, overall, is friendly and welcoming. With each experience, no matter who's working, what doesn't change is the overall experience of the restaurant & food. ThanxFOTD (Food of the day): Nachos; our first time having the nachos, and they were delicious.

Moe's was one of my favorite restaurants. The young man preparing my food was wearing his mask on his wrist like it was a bracelet. The other three employees (none wearing am their mask properly) were talking by the register as the maskless gentleman serving me failed to even recognize the name of the item I was ordering. He turned around, seeming to read the menu for the first time as I ordered a Wrong Doug. He touched toppings with his hands as he misplaced them on the shell. Also, apparently it isn't safe for customer to get their own salsa. So the maskless representative, went to the back and came back with the salsa in the cup after I asked. I attempted to give this location another try after several other disappointing experiences, but I leave this review in the stead of a good experience. Disappointing. I advise the owners to study the Shrevport, La location.

The workers are amazing especially keyana she made the best burrito I’ve ever had. More people need to go here! Everything is clean and well taken care of. The food is always so fresh and so good!
