Been to this location twice now just to go through the drive thru and wait in the parking lot for my food. The place was empty with nobody inside and I was the only car in the drive thru, still took 12 minutes to get my food, same thing happened when I came before. Also, what's the point of the drive thru if they make you order at the widow and not the place with the speaker and menu. Definitely don't recommend this panda express if you're on a time crunch or are accustomed to a normal drive thru meal experience.

I had to come on here and personally leave a review on my experience this evening at this location A lady named Lina Had the best customer service that I’ve seen in a very long time in any kind of social atmosphere. I personally work in sales myself and I’ve seen a lot of potential in this young lady keep going and to keep driving y’all have lots of business with her.

The food wasn’t bad but the service was extremely slow, we were the only 3 people in here and it took 20 minutes just for us to get our food from inside to sit down, very very SLOW service. If you need to be somewhere in a rush this would be the last place I’d go.

We used to love Panda Express. But the quality, the service and the whole experience has really gone down hill. They charge more $ for less food and they always have empty entree spots. Then expect u to wait 30+ minutes for them to cook more. But they can stand around and conversate.

Order a plate with orange chicken and mushroom chicken not only was the lady rude when I asked for chop sticks but I also only got orange chicken and got charged for mushroom

Arrived at 6pm and they were down to 25% of their menu items, what was left did not look desirable. Left and have no plans to go back

I placed an order on the app. I had to wait almost an hour after the scheduled ready time before I got my food, and the order was missing items. I've never had a bad experience at this location before, hopefully it will be the last time.

Placed an online order at 8:00 this morning for pickup at 12. Get here and they tell me they just dropped the chicken and it was going to be 8 minutes. That was strike 1. I pull around front and wait. 25 minutes later I had to go inside and not only was my food still not made they didn’t have enough super greens for my plate. I am done with this place. The owners need to do an inspection into this. I spent half my lunch break waiting on food that should have been made by 12

Every time we have gotten food here, we have had to park in the front and wait. One time, the wait was almost an hour. I decided to walk in and ask how long it would be, and ended up having to tell them what I was waiting for. They did not appear to be very busy at the time.
