They overcharged me on my egg rolls I ordered.they are supposed to be $2.10 according to the menu , I got 2 and that would be $4.20 but they charged me $11.80.

The food and service is great. The lack of air conditioning is not! I was just in there and it is hotter inside than it is outside. I had to pack up my food and leave. Feel bad for the employees cause they can't open the doors to cool off some. Even worse for the guy doing the cooking. Over the high heat woks. They should let them go home until it's fixed!

Very disappointed in how I was treated at this location. An employee named Timothy was very rude and acted like I was stealing fortune cookies and embarrassed me in front of entire restaurant. and was very rude to the other employees who were so sweet. He treated me like I was an idiot and yelled at the other cashier.

Went there at noon and they had only 4 entrees ready...all other bowls were bare. Only 1 person cooking and the others were standing around.
Like the choices on the menu, and they are very tasty. Redeeming gift cards has had issues last 2 times but they were eventually resolved favorably.

This establishment is an absolute disappointment. The food is consistently subpar—barely warm at best, often outright cold—and the customer service is shockingly unprofessional.
I arrived 30 minutes before closing, only to find the doors already locked. When I attempted to order through the drive-thru, an employee looked directly at me and deliberately ignored me. This level of disregard for customers is completely unacceptable.
Between the poor service and the lackluster food quality, I have no reason to return. After this experience, I won’t be dining at this location—or any Panda Express—for the foreseeable future.
