Came by the drive thru to order, roughly $16 for medium beef and broccoli with a small hot chicken. When I tell you the portions are literally kids size, I’m irritated. Next time I’ll go to china bull at least I know I’m getting a great portion for less!

The food was fresh and delicious. Only reason why they earned a 2 star is because there was a bunch of boxes and a drink from another restaurant stored in the customer dining area. Also there was a bottle of INSECTICIDE sitting in the customer dining room. Clean up the area and it would be a great experience!

I placed my order online but went inside to pick it up. The food on their line looked burned and dried out. I checked my bag before leaving because it looked really small. Of course my super greens were not in the bag and when I asked the rude lady she said they were out so they didn’t put it in my order. I told her I was charged for it and she just stared at me with no reply. No offer of anything else. Initially I asked for soy sauce and she said it’s in the bag. There was no soy sauce in the bag. So I asked for soy sauce and she just dropped it on the counter. When I got home to sit down and eat my food, the chicken was so rubbery I didn’t eat it. This food is not fresh at 7 pm. I’m highly disappointed and will not return to a Panda restaurant! I recommend the soy sauce, it was okay.

Panda is one of my favorites and this particular location has great tasting food along with great customer service, from my experience. Been in town for over 3 Months and been here a few times, having the same awesome experience. Also, recently I tried their new "Chilli Crisp Shrimp" and it's really good. Though my favorite dish is the " Sweet Fire Chicken."?

I had the worst experience at 12:35 on 9/15/23. A little back story me and my daughter enjoyed coming here. I walked in and was not greeted. The white guy was fixing a husband and wife food trays so I felt like maybe he was busy. No Problem! Someone walked in after me he greeted them “Welcome to Panda Express” I turned around to look at that person.. Ok they was exiting out the door. He takes the customer in front of me meals to the register rings them up and thank them. Then goes to the sink and started washing dishes. The lady on drive thru says he’ll be with you in a minute. I said yes ma’am because I was about to leave he hasn’t addressed me at all. I ended up leaving. Here’s a little tip when you working in customer service if you’re racist don’t. Because young man you talked to everybody in there but me. We have no previous beef because I’m not from the area live 45 minutes away. Was car shopping and decided to grab my daughter her favorite meal. I’ll stop back by and if your there I won’t patron there. God Bless!
