Ive recently moved from California to Louisiana and came upon this Jewel while riding around and have eaten here 3 times so far. Have not been inside as always use the drive-thru. So far I've only eaten the shrimp & fish which isn't part of the selections. Will eventually try the burgers because love them.

I come to Alexandria every other month for work and find it hard to find good food that's open during my downtime. I am mad at myself for not find this sooner. I ordered the fish and fries. Fish was seasoned to PERFECTION and fried hard just like I like it without requesting. $5 The Philly costs extra for tomato and lettuce which is probably my only issue (because why!) The bread was fresh and the meat was good. 6 inch sandwich for $6. Overall, I'm going back for the fish and possibly chicken. (Sorry for the blurry picture)

I really enjoy this place! Great prices great service! Everything that we’ve tried is delicious! My favorite is the catfish plates and my husband’s is the philly cheesesteak sandwich! Having a drive thru is an added bonus! Going back tomorrow!

I love Philly's and stop by every time I pass through Alexandria. It's not a dine-in place, but if you want a good Philly to-go, then this is the spot. I always get a large Philly with mayo and jalapenos added, and it's always been great.

My first time at Philly's order the Philly cheesesteak the line was not that long was proceeding to ask a question to one of the employees for a piece of freshly cut cheesecake she replied in a very very rude way you're going to have to wait if that is how you treat customers when you are in a rush this will be my last time doesn't matter how good your food is customer service is always number one owner of restaurant myself an employee will be terminated for vold language and rude to customers if you cannot handle customer service you're in the wrong industry the proper way to ask a customer to wait I am sorry sir for the inconvenience can you give me a few seconds and I will be right with you sir or get another staff member to handle the customer be the last time you get my $15 or any money expect very rude employees when they are in a rush
