Out of food
Terrible food! We were a party of 4, and Everything that we got off the line was COLD. Nothing was warm, and alot of the options were completely out. The prices were high, and there was literally ONE waitress working during the day & if she wasnt sitting in the booth like a customer herself, she couldn't be found at all. This place had changed so much for the worst. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now.

Haven't been in many years, still like it was. More expensive now like everything else but the food was really good and the staff were all very nice and helpful.

First time coming here was not expecting a lot from this place the furniture and the decorations are outdated.. food was ok but the stuff were so friendly.
With fond memories of visiting Piccadilly on weekends after shopping, as a child with my family, I arrived to find an empty building. It felt that way.We walked in and was served our choices by the sweetest woman. We were checked out by a nice cashier, and we served by a prompt waitress. Surprisingly, the food was about as good as I remembered. They had a few togo orders and one other customer. The marked change from memories was that it was empty.

The food was good. The service was nice. The atmosphere, well, it's a bit outdated. But that's just cosmetic. It's a bit pricey. (Family of 6) But we don't go that often.
Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs and booster seats.

Service was good. Sadly, the food was not, and the restaurant had a peculiar smell to it overall.

Food looked like it was sitting out for days. Servers had no gloves and no hairnet. She was very nice. We should have known—place was empty!! After two bites left food on table. A total waste of money!! Don’t go there!!!
A great dining experience on a Thursday night. Nice people, Great food.
Too bad I can't rate 0 stars! Went to Piccadilly earlier for lunch. The trays were wet and had pieces of leftover food on some of them. The food looked like it was sitting there a long time. Me and Mom just put the trays up and walked out.
