I recently gave a complement on pizza hut... But last night I was very disappointed about the order and the way the Manager (Ebony) handled the situation was so unprofessional as if it wasn't a big deal that my order was not correct. I just didn't think she was interested in remaking the pizzas over and on top of that I was told I would only be credited $10 when I had just made a $40 purchase.... So rude., impolite and unjustly management. Even if her attitude was nice I probably would have felt a little that she was concerned but I guess some people manners are on DISRESPECT .... I WAS NOT RAISED LIKE SUCH....

I’m here visiting from TX and ordered two pizzas, I waited over an hour for my pizza even though they said it would only take 15 mins. We got the pizzas home only to find that they were doughy. I called back and spoke with a crew worker who before saying anything else demanded I bring the pizzas back. Although we don’t have a problem bringing the pizzas back it was the lack of apology due to you alls error because of this I asked for a manager and spoke to BENNY. He proceeded to argue with me when I advised of my complaint, he told me this isn’t little Cesar’s the pizza isn’t hot and ready, he told me he didn’t have to do anything and he will not offer any apologies for anything we can either come get the new pizza or not. It’s a huge inconvenience to have to travel back to the store because of an error and then have to deal with poor quality customer service. I will be reporting this store to the better business bureau immediately.

Ugh! Love to eat out from here but it takes forever to get food processed unless you order online. It seems they doing re-hiring of old staff. Lol. I don't think I'm going to keep eating out here

Food was hot and fresh. The young lady that gave me my order couldn't give a care if it reached my hand or not. She opened the drive thru window stuck the box out, I grabbed it, thankfully due to her not even looking my way, after waiting 5+ minutes to be noticed I was at the pick up window for an online order.
