I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but I'm struggling to receive any resolution for the issues we had with our catering order. I placed a catering order online via PJ's official website on Jan. 5 at 4:26 PM for delivery on Jan. 8 at 8:00 AM for a corporate event. On Jan. 8 at 8:15 AM the order had still not arrived so we called the store. The owner who we spoke with on the phone claimed they had just received the order at 7:00 AM and didn't have enough time to make everything. She also had no idea that delivery orders go through Doordash, so our DD driver very graciously stuck around for over an hour while the restaurant tried to fulfill our order. Coffee arrived around 9:00 AM. Our driver went back to the store to pick up the food portion of our order and delivered it around 9:30 AM, a full hour and a half after it was scheduled for. We only received 12 muffins instead of the 48 ordered. I've called to request a refund for our order and have been bounced back and forth between the restaurant and corporate number with no resolution. Terrible experience, we will never be catering from here again.

I have been going to this location over a year the turn around on employees is difficult because the training always makes it strong no flavor but one sweet Lady named Alyssa has been there awhile now she's so sweet remembers the regular customers by name so polite,respectful, friendly I adore her and believe she should be recognized please give her a raise or something keep her at this location please 🙏 she's definitely an asset to your business. I wanted to leave the review about the great employee but I am adding because I am so upset I always order on the app and I'm disabled sometimes I can't make it up there so I have someone pick it up today she was told she couldn't pick it up so I told them to cancel the order how do I get my money back?

I usually don’t post reviews but this happened weeks ago and I’m still really upset about it. I gave clear instructions of how I wanted my cold brew and I apologized for how crazy it was. I was having a bad day and needed a pick me up. Upon recieving my coffee, it tasted as if they poured a tiny bit of coffee, enough oat milk to change the color, and filled the rest with water. There was NO flavor and NO sweetener like I asked. I would get over this, but the staff gave me a weird look when I went to grab my drink, too.

Usually we go and it fast very friendly service, BUT today was different. I ordered online picked up my stuff. Got back in the car when I noticed I had gotten a cake pop instead of a biscuit. I will acknowledge I should have checked in the store! Anyway went back in showed my receipt and the sticker that was on the package clearly stated a biscuit not cake pop. She handed it to another girl and she immediately started on my biscuit. Then I moved away because someone needed to order and they took 2 more orders and handed them their drinks and food. Asked about mine and they couldn't find it. So I asked for a refund, she gave it to me right away. The girl who gave me the refund was very Apologetic.

Listen I love the this place but recently all coffees taste the same regardless of what u get, matcha is just green milk and there’s bo difference between a caramel crème, a latte, a cappuccino and a macchiato. Like a macchiato is not supposed to be mixed!
