I placed an order on Grubhub for a smoothie. The order went through successfully. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, the man at the drive-thru window said the store was under new management, and that they didn’t do anything like Grubhub anymore and to try to contact Grubhub or the old owners to get my money back, as if either of those things will ever work.
Part of the responsibility of buying a business is closing the loopholes like this. Now I’m out $10 for a freaking smoothie.
This constitutes fraud, so that makes the old AND new owners fraudulent. Do business elsewhere.
Response to owner’s reply: you did “explain” that to me, but you still own/manage the business, so that makes you responsible for whatever transactions are being legitimately conducted in the name of your business, even through third parties like Grubhub. Don’t want to use them? Cool. Notify them to remove you, or whatever it takes. Also: how much would that $10 smoothie have cost you? Maybe $3? Had you honored my order, you’d have created a loyal customer, yet you chose not to do so.

Their blueberry cheesecake protein shake was the best I’ve yet to have!! So glad I found out about this place simply bc it’s also a grab and go location for Main Street Meal Prep, and now I’m hooked on these shakes!!

Go here often but on 10-13-23 I got a shake that tasted sour. Took it back n got another. They're pre mixing instead of on the spot. Gave me a bad stomach. Unfortunately I may have to stop going.
