I visited this restaurant at 6:50 pm on 1/18/24.
I placed an order at the drive through window. Order was repeated to me and I was told to drive around for the total. When I finally got to the window. I was informed that my order was not taken and that I would have to either come inside or go back around. I asked to speak to a manager. The lady who just took our order didn’t put a large mashed potatoes with no gravy in the bag. When my daughter said she ordered a large she said “you didn’t pay for it” and then just shut the window on my daughter. I sure as heck don’t recommend that kind of service and more often than not they mess up an order. You can mess up without being a complete jerk
Spent 30 minutes in line and getting food to get back to work with nothing that I ordered. I called and told them and they told me the only way I can be refunded is to bring back the food and my receipt, which I can’t do because now my lunch break is over and of course Antoon’s office closes at 12 on Fridays. I had to let the phone ring for 15 minutes before anyone answered and then had to speak through an employee for the manager to tell me that. Horrible customer service!...read full review
