Bad customer service ! Workers have attitudes, hangs up in faces and all

i ordered online and when i got there i was waiting 45 minutes for my order. i ordered online to avoid this issue. there was a guy there who told me he had been waiting an hour. not only that but the workers are slow and rude. i was waiting there 30 minutes and they told me i had to wait 10 more minute cause they hadnt started on one of my orders. so frustrating as i had places to be.

We came through the drive through around 8 on Friday Jan 17. The girl at the window was very rude and had a bad attitude. Not one word was spoken to us besides our price and when we asked for our military discount we could tell that she wasn’t thrilled. The customer service needs ALOT of work. Food was good but I wouldn’t want to return specifically because of the attitude we received.

Super slow.

They forgot part of my order so I had to go in and grab it, but otherwise the food was good and out in reasonable time

I've gotten a spicy chicken sandwich so many times I've lost count, but this was the first place where the person taking the order offered for me to put cheese and bacon on it as well. 🤯 Best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had from a Popeyes. Thanks again to the lady that took our order. You are doing the Lord's work ma'am.

They ran my credit card twice for an extra $33 charge! Won't be back! Chicken was greasy and made me sick!

Never have items in stock. Bad service bad communication.

I went through drive thru and ordered my food for my daughter and I used a debit card that I could use anywhere, I asked the cashier to swipe the card because it was acceptable anywhere, she didn’t swipe the card and called her manager and told me her manager don’t accept the card at their store which was a lie. Never going back there.

Ordered before my 30 minute break and sat in line for over 30 minutes and was late getting back to work!!
