Be aware before you eat here. Employee reached into the pork cracklins with her bare hand to get one to eat. the cashier commented that I look like I didn’t want to wait for my order.

I was coming from Dallas and I decided to stop at the gas station now I noticed it was a Boudin store. I got me and my grandchildren, Some Boudoin it was really good but honey let me tell you the whole crackling is the truth is the best I’ve ever had. I wish they would do orders to be shipped out.

Big old yummy boudain balls and rolls, cracklings, and other south Louisiana favorites like overly generous fried fish and shrimp combos. The prices are quite reasonable and the portions can be split between two people.
