If you order the garlic knots on the app for some reason it doesn't add the toppings or the sauce but you get just get bread balls and the app doesn't tell you that it is plain. I called the store when i got home with my order and was basically told that was how they received it from the system so that was what i got and they would only provide a copy of the ticket. I have ordered multiple times from rotolos but was extremely disappointed that the first time there was an issue with the app ordering and it was my problem.

Really amazing pizza of all styles. They also have the best truffle fries. Haven't tried the burgers or sandwiches, but I bet they're good. Lots of draft beers to choose from and cocktails as well.

It's ok. I've been here when it's busy and when it's quiet and the service was the same - reasonably friendly, but distracted and a bit slow.I had really high hopes for the pizza, especially the Detroit style, wanting to gain some pointers for my own attempts to make it. The Frica (the cheese spikes around the edge of the pizza) was, disappointingly, almost entirely absent. The base, although it had a nice texture, was bland to the point of being almost completely tasteless.On the more traditional pizzas ordered by my companions, there was really no evidence of the pizza dough having been stretched - it was damp and sagged and it, too, had nearly no flavor.The toppings were ok, but nobody stopped to exclaim about how good their pizza tasted.Except in the price, I really can't see how this is much, if any, of a step up over a "normal" Rotolos.Don't get me wrong: it wasn't bad, but I was hoping for it to be really good and it just wasn't.

We ordered a margarita pizza, fries and a chicken caesar wrap, 2 beers and a glass of wine. Costing 72 dollars. They charged 14 dollars foe a small glass of wine total rip off.Pizza had hardly any cheese as seen in the pizza cost 18 dollars is this a joke

3 different items on my receipt were priced differently on my receipt. About a 10% increase on each item I ordered. Government and inflation are screwing us all - if you can’t put the new prices on the menu don’t raise the prices. That’s some sketchy stuff.Also got charged 75 cents for a side of ranch for my four year olds pizza slice… a ramekin of ranch… 75 cents. Come on Jack! And 2 dollars for a refill on pita bread for our spin dip when the ratio is way off lol. Now y’all just robbing people.I don’t like feeling like I’m getting ripped off when I go out to dinner and rottollos did a great job of making me feel that way tonight.Got 2 beers. 1 calzone. 1 slice pizza. Soup and salad and an app and our dinner was 60 dollars… not cool man. Won’t be back.
