Always love going here to eat breakfast!!! While sitting in the dining room it feels good and makes me feel what it was like back in the old school days. This kind of grill is very few !!!! I don't know how to explain it but just sitting there and eating breakfast my wife and I love this place!!!!! I suppose the reason why we love it is because we can get a booth and eat our meal sit next to the window and watch people walk by, as if we were back in time. They also do lunch!!!!8[>

I ordered the roast beef rice and gravy and greenbeans it was not good roast was bland and covered in thick gravy rice wasn't cooked well greenbeans had no flavor for $10.99 I expected better quality the waitress never came to refill my drink but being the person I am I still left a tip.
I purchased two tuna fish sandwiches regular sandwiches and it was 23$ no fries or anything! We leave and I get three bites in and bite in to a bone ? im pregnant and immediately started vomiting. My husband who will literally eat anything wouldn’t eat the sandwich he said he tasted too fishy! I’m super disappointed ☹️ the price was outrageous but the tuna was disgusting ?

Best breakfast in Alexandria! Great service, feels like an old school 1930s diner. Ms. Joyce was a sweet ol lady who put a smile on everyone's face that placed an order!

This is a classic diner in a downtown pharmacy. It's probably been there for years. I was visiting and this place was suggested for breakfast. Service was good, food was fast and cheap. I ordered pancakes and eggs, no meat, and a cup of coffee with cream. When there server brought me the coffee, she dropped a packet of dry creamer on the table. I then asked her for milk, which she brought without problem. But the coffee was stale and did not taste right. The eggs were good but the pancakes seemed to come from a mix. They were bland and looked like the ones I make at home - but mine are better. Syrup was in a bottle that I could buy at a grocery store. They do serve lunch but why would I try it?
