Great doughnuts ? with great customer service. They also have a drive-through, which is very convenient especially on rainy days.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Visiting the area from Houston and was so excited to see a Shipleys! That excitement quickly soured, just like the milk we ordered. If you are from Texas (really anywhere), I do not recommend this place. The donut holes were nothing like the ones from all of the Shipleys I have ever been to in Houston (and I have been to many). They were half the size of the ones I usually get and they were cold. We also ordered 2 Kolaches, they were also cold and had been sitting there so long that the cheese had leaked out of the bread and hardened in a glob sticking out of the bread. We were not even able to finish it because the bread was already tough and hardening. Then I go to open the milk we purchased and the bottle stinks! Upon closer inspection it looks like another bottle of milk spilled all over our 2 bottles and then spoiled. The smell on the bottle was so nasty that we did not want to drink from it. Very disappointed, but I have learned my lesson and will only be visiting Shipleys in the Houston area because it is obvious that not all franchisees operate to the same standards.

Overpriced! $21 for three cold Kolaches and doughnuts. I expected better at 7:30 in the morning. My milk was sour too. This place is a joke of a doughnut shop.

Donut was cold, we ask for them to be warm and we was ask to come in to warm them our self. Looks like it’s been sitting out since early this morning. Who wants to eat cold donuts.

We visit Sunday mornings. Great coffee and donuts. Very courteous staff that takes the time to greet people and welcoming to the store.
The best donuts ever made! The reason I gave only 4 stars, on Saturday when they first open, you get heated donuts from the fridge.(At this location)

I went there close to closing time to see if they had any strawberry donuts left. Surprisingly they did, the still tasted decent. And the service was fast, the staff was also very polite and welcoming.

The donuts were 5 stars. The service, not so great. The signage was not clear and we ended up paying double what we were planning on for a dozen donuts. Furthermore, the employee who helped us was not very friendly. Even though the donuts were delicious, we don't plan on returning because of our experience.

The people were friendly, but the donuts was hard as if they had been sitting out for 3 or 4 days. The doubts holes were not holes, they looked like they were left over donuts cut up and then dipped in the glaze. Will not be returning to this location. The Shipley's in Lake Charles is soooo much better. The donuts are fresh.
