I’ve been going to Shipleys almost everyday for many many years, always a pleasant experience. Last two days I have gone same lady has worked the window. Yesterday she was rude, but may be bc she is new and just didn’t know. Today, however, she answers the window with a mouth full of food to take my order and proceeds to lick her fingers while taking my order. Although this has been my place to go for so many years, it is hard to stomach eating something knowing who got your food was sucking their fingers in my face at the window. 15+ years and I may have to find a new breakfast spot!

Today I tried to enter the side door of Shipley Do Nuts at 5:04 pm the door was locked, yet their open until 6 pm as posted on that door. I walk around to the front door. I walked in and saw a metal bench blocking off the hallway to the bathroom. I asked the rude guy behind the counter if I could use the restroom. He told me it was already closed. I asked him can you be human and let me use the bathroom. He told me where I could go pointing across the street. Its breaking a fire code having the other entrance blocked and locked. This is the third time this employee has been rude to me. I have decided he is related to someone in the company to continue being horrible and not getting fired.... Its just all ok. The first time I reported him calling their main office... It was because he was standing there dipping his entire arm in white icing watching it drip off his arm back into the icing. Thats disgusting.
This Shipley's could teach other businesses about customer service. They are the nicest people, every time I come by. It's always clean, professional and pleasant. The donuts are great and fresh. Awesome ?

OMG, guys if you love do-Nunts like me then jump in the car and head this way I love how the workers are all so nice and work so hard to serve the public these ladies and gentlemen work there busts off. I love how they work as a team and not just as a individual. My name is Rachel Bradford and I love the do-Nunts that they make . I can't wait to see them Monday.
