Every-time I go here my food is always messed up. I have ordered an all American sonic smash and when they first brought it out they only gave me pickles and onions so it was messed up. My second time I order the same thing stating lettuce, tomato, onions, and no pickles… they gave me only pickles on it. My third attempt I go and order the same thing again and I only receive the lettuce and tomato with pickles so it was messed up again. The last time I went I ordered the same thing but with bacon then they still put pickles in it and with no bacon. They always mess up my order so I will never be returning here again

They was asking like if it was hard to hear me my whole order. Food was cold so through it away and my son's hamburger had cheese on it when I said no cheese only ketchup. Just bad service!!!! Will not be going back to that sonic again!!!:
I ordered a blueberry lavender lemonade. It came in a small cup and was only filled to about an inch below the rim. So it was about 2/3 full. It was ok. Not worth what I paid for it for sure. This is the second time I’ve gotten not great products when ordering specialty beverages.

Have been a customer since 1980. Have dined in over 200 locations throughout the U.S. I had my usual sonic burger and fries yesterday. Off of Jackson st. Here in alexandria. The meat was not as I expected. Not going to be mean.just disappointed
