Went to Target yesterday(Saturday) and decided to get me the Mint Tea. Justin was all smiles and was kind enough to ask me how I was doing. Justin was very courteous and took interest in what I was ordering. I asked if he could add lemon to the tea. He said yes, half lemon or full lemon. I said, no one ever asked if I wanted half or full. He said go with the full, you’ll see the difference in the taste. He was absolutely correct. The tea was amazing. Derek, his associate was also kind. Appears he was still in some training but he did an excellent job. Additionally, Justin went over the entire food menu with me and commented on things that were very good. I got the vanilla bean custard danish and it was delicious! Thanks Justin and Derek!

I ordered a frappe that is on the menu all the time. They literally keep this item as a staple on the menu. The Barista literally took a hot cup of coffee over a cup of ice added a dash of flavoring asked if I wanted whip cream and handed me a watered down cup of horrible coffee. So disappointing.Parking: Free handicap parking and accessibility to store entrance.

Thank you, Henry, for a pleasant experience. It’s a Saturday so, of course, they were busy. All they have is a little nook area to the side of the entrance. I felt heard and he was patient. (I had some substitutions.) My order was prepared perfectly.

This starbucks location is an absolute joke. They take forever, customer service is sub par, cleanliness is non existent. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost.

I shop at Target on my lunch everyday and have been trying to get my drink with the heavy cream on top but for some reason the incompetent people working there hasn't had any in two weeks or either they are just to Lazy to make it .Target has heavy whipping on the shelf but I believe they like to play to much and are just warm bodies instead of caring about their job and the customer in front of them paying their wages.please take care of this.
I used to enjoy going to this Starbucks, they had a good amount of tables to sit at plus soft chairs in the back, good people watching with the Target crowd But then fall '21 it was closed for a few months during remodel- and to reveal: only 1 table right in the middle of where people stand! So now there's basically nowhere to sit- which is par for the course lately for the whole company- they're making their stores less and less comfortable to spend time in, with smaller stores, "kindergarten desk" uncomfortable wooden chairs. Sadly I won't be going to this Starbucks anymore- no reason to! The stand alone on Elliot St is the only place you can sit and enjoy yourself- when their lobby is open that is- often closed due to staff shortages. 'Bucks in Alex is a struggle ....

Starbucks was great. I ordered the eggwhite and spinach wrap with a drink and a strawberry drink for my daughter. The drink i ordered was advertised cold but the server made it warm for me. Oh and a piece of lemon pound cake that was also warm and delicious. Friendly and very fast server. Ist time at Starbucks. Going to probably be a regular now.

Coffee is great, but they cannot scan your QR code in the app. When they tell you to take a picture and text it to the rewards number, Starbucks does not give you any points. It just says does not show qualifying purchase.
