Rude. They dont know how to make the drinks. My coffee tastes like water. Also went for the free reusable red cup, they didnt give me one. I didn’t notice until i left. No cream like i asked in my coffee. Extremely hot when i asked for kid temperature (warm). Also couldnt scan for points. Ill never be back or send anyone else there.

I was helped by Lacy (not sure if it's spelled correctly). She was very kind in helping me figure out my drink. I had it remade once and she offered making it again if I didn't like it. She said, "If you don't like it, you're not going to drink it and you paid for it". That was very thoughtful as I was not wanting to be complicated. She went over and beyond to make sure I had a drink I was fully pleased with.

My only problem is the parking lot isn't big enough I literally got stuck trying to get out of there. I was even late for work because of it and I had an hour to spare when I initially went in to grab coffee.
Super slow service and average coffee. I try to support local ships but couldn’t find one this time

My husband loves this Starbucks above every other one that is anywhere near our location. He is super picky about his drinks and this is the only Starbucks that manages to get his order, not only right, but they make it perfect. Thank you to all the employees who work there because if it weren't for you guys, he would be in a horrible mood without his coffee. ?
