One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited anywhere in the world. The site had drive through traffic stretched into a busy street blocking its few parking spaces. We parked at a neighboring business. Once inside we were told that the espresso machine was down. After ordering our non espresso drinks we were told that the location had to close and we were asked to leave (at 10am). We then received our non espresso drinks and had to wait longer as our food items weren’t started when we had placed our order. Overall this place is a bad news from start to finish. Go to one of the local grocery store Starbucks for better and less stressful service.

THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES!!! I placed an online order FIFTEEN minutes before my arrival. I arrived and there were FOUR employees behind the counter just standing around talking. Then 3 customers came in AFTER me, ordered at the counter, yet their drinks were made before mine. The girl in the red shirt that was making my first drink definitely noticed me standing there but none of them had the decency to let me know mine was currently being made. I had to ask if mine was going to be made soon, as I had already stood there for 15 minutes. She rudely said yes. That was it. How did she know it was mine? I told her that someone could’ve let me know and she ignored me, cursing as she walked away and told the guy working that she’s not dealing with this. I told the guy that it’s good customer service to communicate and he didn’t say anything. They all laughed and snickered which tells me they don’t care about customers or the business. I’m sure this review will go unnoticed and won’t be addressed but I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well. I’ll go stand in line at the one inside Target before I go back here.

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and it has consistently gotten worse. They're always out of stuff, they take forever and God forbid they be open when they say they're gonna be open. They currently have "temporary hours" which are supposed to be 4:00 am - 4:00 pm. Tell me why I pull into the parking lot at 9:00 am and they are CLOSED. All of the employees are sitting inside playing on their phones, and don't even bother to look up when a customer knocks on the door. I sat there for a few minutes before calling the store to find out what's going on and a girl answered and just said we're closed until 10 and hung up on me. Rude. I sat there and waited and within and hour 50 cars pulled in and left extremely upset. If I didnt have a gift card to use I wouldn't have stayed but they clearly don't care about their customers as they couldn't even be bothered to stay open during their temporary hours, or even put a sign on the door notifying customers. It's sad honestly worst starbucks I've ever visited.

This place is absolutely awful. Spend 30 minutes in the drive through for the wrong drink a sandwich you can’t eat but you could win a fight with. More attitude in this place than coffee DO NOT COME HERE!

Worse service. Waiting to order 15 min. Went to window and they never even acknowledged we were there for another 5 - 10 minutes several working but not taking care of drive through. Won’t go back to this location. Tried it 2 times.

I am incredibly disappointed by my recent experience at this Starbucks location. My family and I had stopped in for a much-needed break, including an urgent restroom stop. Just as we were about to place our order, an employee abruptly announced that the store was closing. Without any warning or consideration, they insisted everyone leave immediately, including us, even though we were in the middle of a restroom emergency.
This level of rudeness and lack of empathy is unacceptable. Emergencies happen, and as a customer, I expected at least a minimal level of understanding or flexibility. To not even allow us the chance to place an order before being forced out felt both unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will definitely think twice before visiting this location again.

The last few times I’ve gone here they have messed my drink up multiple times. I order a peppermint mocha and they either make it with no chocolate or it taste like bitter coffee grinds and they don’t stir up the mocha sauce or use the wrong milk. I’ve had to get replacement drinks several times. Like come on this is supposed to be a stand alone Starbucks location really ?
We were on our way to New Orleans and stopped by this Starbucks and ordered Iced latte.
The location was very clean and staff were very friendly.

A few days ago I ordered a peppermint mocha that ended up tasting like burnt coffee ground and extra peppermint flavoring added to mask the taste. I decided to give this location another chance and bought a peppermint hot chocolate and a pink drink. There is a bug in the pink drink! And no hot chocolate in the peppermint hot chocolate.
Update: I went to carry my drinks inside to get a refund, and there were fruit flies flying everywhere behind the counter and in their display case of the food they serve.
