My recent visit to Starbucks on a Saturday morning started off with excitement as I looked forward to enjoying their renowned coffee and a tempting breakfast sandwich. However, my anticipation quickly turned into disappointment when I discovered that the sandwich I purchased was ice-cold on the inside. Upon calling the store to express my frustration, the manager's response lacked empathy and was disappointingly dismissive, offering only a blunt inquiry: "Do you want your money back?" This experience was a stark contrast to the prompt and caring customer service I've encountered at other fast-food establishments like McDonald's. As a loyal Starbucks customer, this encounter left a bitter taste in my mouth, highlighting the need for improved food quality and customer service.

Very very slow. Do not stop here if you are in a hurry each car sat at the order station in the drive through for at least 5 minutes each between orders

The drink was good, it took a while but they were busy. BUT the parking lot was impossible, not to mention people don't know how to drive, I definitely was blocked in, made me very ticked, not the stores fault tho.Parking: Again, not for beginners or for those with a short temper, or for those with HUGE minivans who refuse to move.

I’ve gone to Starbucks for years and have never experienced such bad service time and time again from this location.(McArthur and Elliot). Doesn’t matter what time you go, it’s always terrible. When you try and tell them that your order is wrong, you end up having to argue with them and NEVER get an apology. This place needs new management and new workers who actually know how to do their job and have better attitudes.

I wish this was a one off, but I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Today, I was “greeted” (I use the term loosely) by a young man in a Russian ushanka with an anarchist pin on the front. Seems appropriate for work. Poor clothing choices aside, the 3 employees working all looked distressed to be there, & moved at a snail’s pace. Another employee walked in at one point, & she looked just as miserable. The bar wasn’t stocked & when someone asked for napkins, they threw a wad of brown bathroom hand towels on the counter. I used to be a barista, & the vibes and attitude at this store are not in line with the brand. Drink was made incorrectly because they didn’t bother to check the label, & I had to wait extra time for my bagel because no one took the time to drop it in the toaster. I regret giving this location my service & my tip!
