I ordered the ham and turkey healthy fit with protein. It was absolutely delicious and the young man who fixed my sandwich was very courteous and polite. Even though I got my order to go. He still made me feel welcome to dine in. I'm so pleased to know that there's still great customer service at some restaurants.

Very dry, and disgusting they don’t change their gloves at this place. He wiped his knife on his gloves and everything very distasteful peace of trash place.

I work next door so I attend this subway frequently. I walked in around 6:45 p.m. on September 3rd. When I walked in, there was a family of 5 - 6 already placing their order. There was an older woman sitting waiting her turn, I asked had she ordered already she said no. I said well guess I'll sit with you then. A gentleman walked in saw the line was too long with only one worker so he walked out (understandable). Two male employees came in from behind the building, and started to jump in to help the young man with the blonde hair. Another man (customer), older walked in and preceded to walk ahead of us (we're sitting) and then asked were we in line? I said yes Sir im after this lady right here I guess your after me with a smile. Now, finally it's the Lady turn in front of me when he (black hair employee) got ready to place her order in the toaster he asked who's next? I said I am (smiling). He said it again.. who's next? I said, Me. Now im kinda embarrassed. Im standing right next to the lady he just finished helping. He looks directly passed me asked the older Gentleman who is sitting down and said Sir aren't you next? I said No ( my eyes got big ) the worker said no he came in before you and I explained no sir he didn't but is that what you think? The customer informs the employee he have an online order so the the employee looks at me and say hes next and ask the man didnt you come in here before her? I only get 30 mins to eat i spent 15 mins waiting in line, in which I understood because of the large family and one employee. So I said oh ok this is one of those situations. I tap the older Gentleman on his shoulder to let him know nothing was against him and walked out the door. I called back up to the store to get their names and manager name and corporate number the blonde young man and said I can't give you our names but gave me the manager name. He said but if you come back up here in person you could get it that way. I recorded that phone call as well, 57 seconds. So I left work and walked back up there this time recording for my records/safety, just to be refused the info I was informed to come collect. I have an 8 minute video in which I will be posting on all social media of the encounter when I came the second time for the information. It wasn't the blonde young man it was the heavier set young man with black hair and slight black mustache. This young man should not ever be working serving the public. When I asked the blonde hair employee for the info the black hair employee told him NOT to give it to me. He didn't. I will no longer be spending my money at Subway as long as that employee is working there. His behavior was disturbing aswell as disgusting. Even trying to conduct an adult conversation with him was uncomfortable.

Just went there with my fam..the guy doing our sandwiches he was really patient with us..my girls couldn’t decide… but the one at the register not so much…. I’m veryyy pregnant and clumsy and spill some ice on the little carpet in front of the sodas ..I said sorry and he said “it’s ok” then went and paid and I gave them a tip for my mess … he didn’t saw that I gave them the tip turned around and told me to clean my mess before we leave…so my husband picked it up…but I thought that was not nice of them … so took my tip that I gave them out.. I’m sorry for the 1st guy. But I could not even bend over to pick my cup.. my daughter did it for me.. so sad this young guy is like that .
