It was roughly 30 minutes before you guys closed and I got turned away. Another costumer was let in and told to lock the doors, and as soon as I got up there, I was told I couldn’t go in. My mom also thinks you guys are racist now because the black lady who is a worker let another black lady in, and not me, a white teenage girl. I believe it was probably just a coincidence, but the turning me away 30 minutes before closing is def not 😐

Great employees, always happy with the crew at 2:30 shift. . Today my sandwich was made with stale bread. I discovered and brought back to shop around 5:30, I asked for the bread to be replaced. Since I didn’t have my receipt, I was told no. I could prove it was purchased today by the card activity. Still was a hard no. I was told it was against policy, I hate that policy is in place with no flexibility

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! If you plan on making a trip to this subway anytime soon, please reconsider. I myself am a subway enthusiast as it is my favorite place to grab a bite, HOWEVER, this subway in particular makes my skin crawl. The atmosphere is terrible and the employees i have encountered have been impolite. I went in recently to get one single 6 in sandwich quite a while before closing, and they began to scream at me through the glass door “CLOSED CLOSED DON’T COME IN WE ARE CLOSED”. Now i could understand if this was a place that takes big orders and it takes a while to make the food, but honey, you make sandwiches. SANDWICHES. They have closed way early on many instances and are loosing out on a bunch of money. I have wasted gas multiple times to go here, just for them to be closed. It is a huge inconvenience.I get that the location is right by a populated high school and deal with people all day, but there is no need to serve your guests with that much attitude and disrespect. I will end this review by saying if you want subway, there are many better locations in Alexandria.

The sandwich was good, and the service at the counter was good, but they had closed the dining area because they said that it had been cleaned for the night, so orders were take-out only, although it was only a little past 7 pm. Also, both restrooms were out of order.
The food was horrible, and the manager was so cruel to her workers. It's so sad to see, and there's nothing you can do.

They never have decent employees the ones there currently can’t even follow simple directions. I specifically said NOT TOASTED Quite loudly in fact. Turned to take a call and they toasted it. This is the second time this has happened!!!! I hate these people. This time I didn’t have them remake it just bc I was exhausted and wanted to leave.
